They did my house for Rowles Homes and did a horrible job abnormal amount of nail pops and cracks in my vault ceiling that they tried to fix but just dusted out my house and my corners cracked maybe it low quality because its a Rowles home and nobody cares find another company Update. It is getting worse vault ceiling has cracks almost all the way across it. All the corners of the windows are popping out. I see full 2 inch wide. Tape seems coming apart. Looks like most of the corners were caulked because they were not properly mudded so now all them. Cracking. All the screw heads are popping makes me sick every time I look at this crappy work

As a drywall business owner and having employees, I know how hard it can be to only hope people will work effectively mess free. One thing I do know about Generation Drywall is that despite drywall can be one of the messiest industries available between mud and sanding. When going through new hire challenges they have always stuck to the end and resolved every problem that occurs to meet full customer satisfaction. That's just every business owners complications because it is hard to find quality labors. Marcos the owner has been in this business for so many years and with his skill he has the full ability to not only complete job with satisfaction on the busy jobs but also fill in the gaps for newbies to learn in a growing industry. You built a beautiful business Marcos and keep on going! I'll never forget how fast you guys rocked out those 25' ceilings when I was just learning how to tape 10 years ago. You where on it even then and Congratulations on what you have accomplished. I would highly recommend Generations Drywall because they will resolve any problems that could occur. Its a family business so everything they do brings sentimental value to your drywall needs.

i had generations drywall do some work at our home, we where living in the home during the construction. i have never seen a contractor of any sort leave this kind of mess in someone's home , both inside and out, they didnt clean anything, they washed their tools in our kitchen sink and just left it and also on the side of our house all over our driveway. The area of the house they were working on they did'nt clean anything. after the first day i called Dennis and he was on vacation , and told him that this was un acceptable . then the next day they were scheduled to show up, no one showed up , no one called to cancel, so i took a vacation day for nothing. i called and finally got ahold of Brianna , who told me they would be coming the following morning at 8 am, they did'nt show up until after lunchtime, again no call to let me know they were going to be late. then they left another huge mess before a holiday weekend that me and my wife had to clean because we had company coming over. after all that they came and sanded the job , left another huge mess , i complained that there were many spots i wanted fixed, no one returned my phone calls or ever came back to do repairs, after four weeks i hired someone else to finish the job over 5 months later now they want me to pay full price for a job that was never completed, i offered to pay half my bill, and they said now they are filing a lien on my property. i would stay as far away from this company as possible. their customer service if horrible, their employees are messy and have no respect for your property. and their quality of work was for from acceptable. when you call with a problem they are rude or dont respond at all, very unprofessional.

If i could do negative 10 stars then i would. customer service is terrible. Bunch of smartasses working there. No respect. Suppose to service tools of mine week's ago and they keep making excuses then proceeded to tell me to just go somewhere else after having me wait for 2 weeks and my tools still arent fixed if the quality of there work is anything like there customers service then i would run far away from this company and hire someone else.
