Hired Garcia Complete Drywall to repair water damaged drywall in the ceiling, patch all walls, paint the entire interior of my dads house including doors, trim and base boards. He came out did his assessment after I contacted him and within a week returned with his team. They did an amazing job with the work. After a water leak damaged the drywall above and around our fireplace, we had it removed and needed to replace the entire wall. Garcia Drywall did an excellent job - they put down tarps on our hardwood floors, taped off the area and completed the entire wall (including texture) in about four hours. crazy quote of $6,500? Thats crazy for little overhead cost and under 2000 square feet. Time to do one room at a time and save myself $6500. At that price the popcorn ceiling is looking good. Also these jobs are done in 1-2 days most of the time. Im sure they do great work, but that's a bit much even at $4500, $6500 was the highest Quote so far. This will keep me away from even hiring them in the future for any project we might have, with prices like that gotta look elsewhere. Thanks but Ima pass.

Remarkable work, in a super fast time frame. I had an issue with a different company, so I called garcia drywall to do the job instead. I hired garcia drywall to remove popcorn texture in my entire house and apply knockdown texture, as well as retexture all of my walls and fix any imperfections. To say I'm happy with the finished result would be an understatement. My entire house looks brand new, they went so far above and beyond and had such a good eye for detail. They fixed numerous issues I hadn't seen originally. I cannot recommend using them enough, I will recommend them to anybody and everybody I know that needs any painting or drywall needs. Thank you so much Kevin and team from the bottom of my heart, you made our house a home, we cannot thank you enough for the superb work. Edit: I had Kevin come back out to paint my entire interior of my house. Once again, super fast job, and top notch quality with competitive pricing. I had water damage inside a bedroom wall. Water came from the roof's dead valley. Roofers had to replace the entire roof, install bigger flashing, and replace rotten plywood. Now I needed to fix the bedroom wall. Dry wall screws were popping out of the wall, wall was cracking, and mold and mildew was forming. It was hard finding good drywall people in Brevard County. 321 Drywall never got back to me through phone call or email and they seem to be the highest rated Drywall company in Brevard. I ended up going with Garcia Drywall because this company also has good reviews. Kevin obviously does not have as much reviews as 321 Drywall, but that is because more people need to know about the quality work he provides. Here are the positives of using Kevin Garcia: - Easy to communicate with. If you have a hard time getting Kevin on the phone, then just text him. He will get back to you. - His quote is reasonable and affordable. - Flexible and works with your schedule. - He did not charge me for new insulation. The old insulation on my wall was completely worn out and destroyed from the water intrusion. - The roofers or the stucco guy did not paint over the stucco that was placed over the new flashing on the roof. Kevin offered to paint over the stucco with no additional charge as well. I told him this was not necessary because I was going to have the whole house painted. - Completed the job in one day. - Kevin and his brother cleaned up extremely well. SUPER Clean. He blocked off the section of the room that had my bed and furniture. Again, clean workmanship. - Bought new paint for the wall with no additional charge. Kevin painted over the wall and baseboards. Please see attached pictures. It was like nothing every happened. Highly recommend this company.

These guys are great. Removed popcorn ceiling from garage, retaped and repaired. Then textured primed and painted. Even offered and fixed a large hole in an adjacent wall with no extra charge. I contracted Garcia drywall LLC for popcorn ceiling removal and to apply texture on the ceilings. The crew did a great job! They were prompt and finished timely. The crew was also friendly which is also a plus. While working on the ceiling I asked for additional painting and some drywall repair. They finished in the same amount of time with reasonable pricing. They also ensured everything was cleaned and cleared out before leaving.
