I had Franklin drywall do my house, it's new construction, I had them do the insulation and drywall the house and garage. Me personally I do construction, I've done drywall and a small amount of insulation. I am currently a interior painter so I feel like I'm very qualified to rate the quality of their work. I went and personally inspected their work every night(I was excited). My first thought after the insulation was done is that they did this as if this was their own house. Every little gap you could think of and more was filled. Honest it was probably better then I would have done. The drywall installers started the next day, on Thanksgiving(new construction i wasn't home ). I was the framer, and I had concerns about how they would do a few things because of my framing mistakes. In particular, my stairs. I was shocked by how well they handled it, LoL they made my framing look good. Last but not least the mudder showed up right after the installers were done. Amazing, some of the best mud work I've seen. The finish guys always get the glory Thanks frank, your a good guy and I appreciate From the time the insulation started and the mudder finished was 10 days

Came out to the house for a bid but after several attempts to get ahold of them never could get them to give us or my son in law a bid. Edit So Frank the owner called my son in law because of my bad review asking why I would do that and that he really wanted to make it right with me and to have me call him. So I did, only to realize he only wanted to make excuses. Then at the end of our conversation he told me If you want to be that guy lol because I gave him a bad review. I can tell you read the reviews before you consider Ol Frankys drywall and look at the better business bureau.

We had a terrible experience with our new home. Little communication, poor quality. Painter was at wit's end trying to fix everything to be able to do a good paint job and Franklin had to be called back. Franklin could not even be bothered to listen to concerns just assessed the job himself and talked about "industry standards" (I've been in the flooring business for 20 years and industry standards have nothing to do with cosmetics, they're about the job being done correctly and safety issues) when challenged the representative took an aggressive stand and felt threatening. FYI evidently there are tiers of quality they offer so be conscious of that when you get a bid. Outside of a garage or shed you don't want a lower tier. In building framers and driwallers are not an upgrade and set the stage for the entire build. You don't want to bargain shop those.

Wouldnt recommend this business, called a week ago for an estimate and coincidentally got them as a client to call at work and was laughing about it, turns out they never had an estimate ready for me to be done and was very rude about my job; wont be giving them my business for these repairs I needed done before the 29th!
