We approached our remodel with such naivety. lol I can't say enough good things about our experience with Forney Home Services! We recently remodeled our 1935 home with their help, and the whole process was nothing short of fantastic. From start to finish, Scott and his team were incredibly professional, communicative, and punctual. What really stood out to us was Scotts ability to explain everything clearly without ever making us feel out of our depth, even when we didnt fully understand the complexities of structural issues. He truly made sure we met all our goals, with a long-term vision in mind, while keeping everything within budget and as economical as possible. Our home had a number of quirks and problems that needed fixing, including a gutted guest bathroom, updated floors, and the addition of a bedroomall without expanding the square footage. Scott carefully walked us through multiple scenarios and made sure we were aware of key considerations we hadn't even thought of. While he was always supportive of our ideas, he didnt hesitate to let us know when something might need to be adjustedhis input was invaluable. What I really appreciated was Scotts attitudehe always stayed positive, creative and approachable, even when we hit roadblocks or had to adjust plans. (It happened a lot... because of our home.) He put together a great team that worked seamlessly together and communicated well with us throughout the entire 2.5-month process. I never doubted his work ethic, skill, or professionalism. It was clear from the beginning that he cared deeply about delivering quality work, and were beyond thrilled with the results. Our dear neighbors even commented on how courteous he was to them, on days dumpster/trailers/trucks were filling our road. We hired a contractor and in the process, made a new friend. If youre looking for someone who is trustworthy, reliable, and genuinely cares about your home and vision, I cant recommend Scott and Forney Home Services enough!

I first met Scott when he installed new door locks for me. Today he completed work on extending the steps from the garage to utility room by adding a landing. The work looks exceptional. Scott and his team put in some luxury vinyl tile for us in our kitchen, replaced some of our subflooring, and reset our french doors to be more level. We were more than pleased and I'm sure will be using them again in the future. Dependable and good work.

We had water damage at our home and needed ceiling drywall replaced in our garage and new shower and flooring installed in a bathroom plus painting and a toilet repair. Scott was very quick to respond and give us quote which I felt was a very reasonable price. His work great quality and his communication was, Im out of state and he kept me informed throughout and communicated with my tenants to keep them in the loop as well. I will definitely be using Scott again for future projects.
