Alan is a super nice guy and he and his team did an amazing job on our house in Lafayette. We had a major remodel of the main floor and lower level, with new or repaired drywall throughout. They did a fantastic job blending the new drywall with the old, and all of the work was first rate. He also did the complete garage. After paint, the place looks fantastic. They were very easy to work with, were on time and at a very reasonable cost for the high quality of workmanship. We highly recommend Alan and his team. We discovered a while later that we will need skim coat on a few walls before applying wallpaper, and of course we called Alan to do the work. It was nice to see him again.

After framing and hanging the drywall myself in my 1,400 sqft basement, I decided to hire out the drywall finishing (tape+mud+sand+texture) to the pros, really hoping to get that crisp, clean, professional look. After getting many similar quotes (other than the few guys who quoted 2x-3x the price!), I decided to go with Miguel at Flatiron Drywall after meeting him in person and seeing all of their other fantastic reviews. Miguel is a super nice and charismatic person, and I think anyone would get along with him. Miguel's team finished the entire basement in less than 1 week (including a thorough cleanup), which was amazing to me - that would have taken me months to do on my own! Not to mention how incredible it looked. Every corner is sharp and pristine, the walls are completely flat, the texture is consistent everywhere, and the little mistakes I made framing/drywalling are completely covered up. The entire basement looks completely 100% professionally done now! I am beyond happy with the results: Miguel and his team are top tier drywallers, and I definitely recommend them for any job.
