Beautiful expert painting. Joe also did some drywall patching and helped resolve a moisture issue in the hall. There is new ceiling texture in the kitchen and hall. I am so pleased with his workmanship and knowledge. My house issues would have been disasterous with a less experienced contractor.

I used Joseph to repair some drywall and paint at a major retail store. He was very quick to show up and send an estimate. He even informed me some other bad spots in the same area that needed attention. The repaired holes and cracks in the dry wall look amazing!! Like they were never there. He even painted the entire area so it would look uniform. Amazing work and very Professional. Will be using again for anything in this area.

I would not recommend Flannary Decorators (Joe Flannary) under any circumstances. While he is a pleasant Trumpist fellow, and talks well, he is very expensive ( he repaired a 2x4 foot ceiling drywall and painted in a downstairs bedroom for $800.00 over an extended period, my wife was unhappy with the result, and I asked him a simple question, ie., the name of the Sherwin Williams paint brand of paint he used, and his reply was an off white color. He refuses to provide me the specifics of the paint.) and less than candid in what the scope of work is. I received a $675.00 estimate for this and a downstairs ceiling repair, but went with Joe as he touted his superior quality approach. After repeated retrys, and a misunderstanding on our part as to repainting the ceiling after repairs, he repainted only the section that was repaired. Understanding that he recently took a new job, we decided that it was best to get the name of the specific paint and have the ceiling repainted, but Joe refueses to provide this information. I suggest that anyone doing busines with him have a clear understanding of time and materials (specifics) and what will be performed. Jim Marquart

Joe did an awesome job of finishing out the drywall in our basement! He is very professional, did an awesome job helping us pick out our paint. We could not be more satisfied! He can fit any budget, very reasonable! Would recommend him to anyone! Thank you Mr. Flannery!

I would highly recommend Mr. Flannary for any home drywall or painting projects. He fixed several ceilings in our house which was built in 1913. The upstairs has never looked this good. Im thrilled with the work he did on our house. Looking for more projects for him....
