We had black mold on the ceiling above the staircase. Fernandez protected the whole area, removed the damaged drywall, treated the area, and painted the stairwell and landing for us. He also prepped the walls in our bedroom and painted all the trim. He was polite, efficient, and very reasonably priced. Would definitely work with him and his crew again!

Fantastic experience! We recently had some major plumbing work done. After reaching out to Fernandez Drywall, Ferrmin , the owner, showed up for the estimate and did a thorough walk through of the drywall damage. He was meticulous looking at every detail which is why we decided to use his services. It was the best decision we made! From great communication, punctuality and an absolutely beautiful job of repairing our drywall and painting it to perfection, we were absolutely grateful that we found Fermin and Fernandez Drywall! My experience started during the hottest week of the summer. A huge hole in my dining room ceiling and heat pouring from my attic . Got 3 different times when someone could come out, 5 days, 3 days or 2 days. Fernandez Drywall said he could be out in 2 days. After just a half a day, dealing with the heat I called Fernandez back, explained my situation and the owner agreed to come fix the hole at the end of that same day. He came after 6 pm, just to repair the hole so the house wasn't so hot. We agreed he would come back to paint and complete the repair at his convenience. I was so impressed with his work and understanding of my situation, I asked him for an estimate to paint the lr, dr, 2 sets of stairs and a hallway, then got 2 more estimates, his estimate was the most reasonable and I already knew he did good work. Scheduled the work for 3 weeks out. Another situation arose, my home appraisal was moved up, call Fernandez back, explained the situation and asked if there was any way to accommodate. He moved things around and was there to start the job 3 days later. He and his son do great work,, professional, clean and even helped with the colors and type of paint. It was a great experience all around. The price was more than reasonable, Would highly recommend. Can't wait to have them back to do 3 more rooms!!

Fernandex Drywall (Fermin) just finished a small drywall repair. He was prompt on arrival time and the first thing he did was put drop cloths down and taped the area up with plastic. He did a fantastic job with making it paint ready. I would not hesitate to recommend Fermin to anyone looking for drywall work and will plan to use him again.

Amazing job. Had water damage due to pipe bursting. Drywall and flooring both had to be ripped apart. After Water damage mitigation, I called Fernandez drywall. They patched damaged drywall and ripped up all of old flooring and installed new lvp. After patching damaged drywall, Fernandez went out of his way to paint the entire ceiling for me. Also, while replacing flooring, Fernandez changed the original replaced transition strip to something more child friendly after realizing I had children living in house. All while being very reasonably priced. Will definitely recommend.

Easy, Professional Quality, Honest... Project... Repair a water damage ceiling. Remove the damaged drywall from the ceiling and ceiling beam. Replace 5 sheets of drywall and prep for painting. Paint the ceiling and the top 6 inches of the walls. Color match the ceiling and the yellow walls. Easy... Fermin is an easy going guy that is also very easy to work with. He suggested ways of saving money without sacrificing the quality of the work. An unexpected plumbing problem was found when removing the damaged drywall. Fermin fixed the problem that same day. Professional Quality... Fermin and his crew do top quality work. They also took great care in keeping everything thing clean. The work area was sealed off with clear plastic walls to contain the dust and debris. The color match of the ceiling and yellow walls was perfect. We are very pleased with the the quality of the job. We highly recommend Fermin and Fernandez Drywall. Honest... The final bill was less than the estimated cost. We got several estimates to do the job and the Fernandez Drywall estimate was very fair.
