LONG has used Excel on two different occasions for tenant improvements. The first being smaller, arranging a space for a better workflow and occupancy. The results were fantastic. The second was quite a large project. Mike and team managed a large number of subcontractors and delivered a masive amount of work in just a few months, just in time for us to move in. The communication, quality of work, and meeting our intent was all outstanding. They managed expectations, accomodated our demands, and controlled costs. Excel is tranparent in their operation and deliver what and when they promise.
