Before I was introduced to this company, I had a less than ethical local "contractor" completely rip me off and do a horrible job in my house. The previous contractor flat out lied to me and threatened me afterwards. Daniel and his company, Evolving Concepts, were kind enough to come out and COMPLETELY redo the horrible job that was previously done. Daniel's crew showed me photos of before, during, and after, proving that the job was done the RIGHT way. They removed all of the wet insulation from that wall in the water closet as well as the crawl underneath. They re-insulated everything and did a complete drywall job on the wall not leaving any holes or gaps the way that the previous company did. They made sure that I did not have any mold in there because of me and my son having previous mold exposure that causes us to get sick. I have several chronic health conditions and the previous job was done in a way that was detrimental to my health as well as my son's. I can not thank Daniel's crew enough. They were so completely professional and had a great work ethic. They truly were a pleasure to deal with and did not need to be babysat along the way like the previous company. Thanks again Daniel, to both you as well as your crew. I would highly recommend these guys and I will keep their info on hand for the future.

1 YEAR LATER After water remediation he refuses to put our home back together. We have given home every penny the insurance company has given us and he still states its not what he wanted. The last time we saw him he wanted money for Christmas so the guys could have a good Christmas..We hired him to take care or the insurance side of things. He doesnt have the ability to. We have given him the insurance estimates and supplements but it seems like he cannot make heads or tails of it. All I wanted was my carpets put back. What I got was a yelling and threatening. He threatened to call my insurance company and make false accusations and threatened me and my family.. I will add photos of the poor drywall and paint work they 1/2 did.. Stay away from this company at all costs!

Very professional and responsive. Did a great job and everyone is very knowledgeable in all aspects of the business. Would recommend to anyone looking for quality work and great customer service. Dried out my crawl space and sprayed for possible mold. Really went above and beyond.

Water damage can cause quite the mess to a home. I am so glad to find this company, they were recommended by a good friend and I completely understand why. They were extremely responsive, professional, and easy to work with. My house looks brand new again! Big thanks these guys that worked so hard.

We had Evo Concepts come to give an estimate on some work we needed done. More than a day later, and they still haven't sent us the estimate as promised. Four guys came out, but not one of them cleaned up after themselves. They turned off our water heater and didn't turn it back on; didn't replace the cover to the sewer clean-out; and left the crawlspace access wide open. (We discovered all of these issues after they left, they didn't bother to tell us.) I don't know what the quality of their actual work is like. But based on their carelessness during the estimate process, we won't be calling them back to find out.
