We recently hired Edgar to finish our attic. This job included framing, drywalling, insulation, trim, and painting. The project was done to code and passed inspection. Edgar was extremely professional, transparent, and his work was very high quality. He was flexible when we requested some changes and was great at problem solving throughout the project. I would highly recommend Edgar and look forward to working with him on future projects.

First of all I do want to say that I hate to do this review because Mr. Edgar was very nice and on time as he said but the work was not good at all. He removed trim and put up drywall and painted. The trim got damaged and now has to be replaced. Several areas of the drywall and paint look bad and he did fix several areas. The mess that was left took about 2 full days of deep cleaning for my husband and myself. When we told him about the messed up areas he offered to come back for a third fix but I told him I could not handle that kind of clean up again.The quality of work is not what we paid for. They also moved a wax warmer in the carport and spilled wax all over the floor and did not clean it or even tell us.....they were not working in the carport so there was no reason to move it.

Wow!!! I cannot say enough good things about Edgar and his company, Evolution Construction, LLC. To begin with, Edgar was very prompt which says a whole lot. He worked extremely hard and his work was METICULOUS. He painted 4 rooms for us and not only did the walls, but all the trim as well. He also fixed some drywall, some doors that were sticking and hard to open, and replaced a ceiling fan in our sunroom. We have some other projects that were having him come back to do as soon as he can. Im so happy we found Edgar who is an all around very responsible, likeable, hard working, meticulous, and reliable man.

We used Edgar to repair and paint the ceiling after another person removed the popcorn. After dealing with a no-show for over 2 months from the other contractor, we were referred to Edgar. When we contacted Edgar, he provided us with a very detailed quote of the work required to finish the job. He came just as he promised the following week and was able to get the job done in less than 4 days! Since he did such a great job on the ceiling, we called him back to replace some damaged doors at the same property. Edgar is very prompt, friendly, reliable, and professional! I would recommend him for any home repair!

I happen to see Mr. Santos getting prepared for a job with my next door neighbor as I was getting ready to leave for work. I asked if he could come back later in the week to do a small job of painting my mailbox post. He ended up painting it that same day. When I came back home my mailbox post was done to perfection.
