I highly recommend ESR Painting for both your interior and exterior painting needs. After reaching out, Eric came by promptly to give me a very fair quote to paint the interior of our home. I was instantly impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. He actually encouraged me to get multiple quotes and to go with the company I felt most comfortable with. I took his advice, and after 2 more quotes, I decided on ESR. We scheduled a start date about a week from the initial meeting. We have a 2-story house and Eric and his team devised a strategy to limit our disruption as much as possible. From day 1, I was so impressed by the care taken to ensure thered be no damage to our furniture, floors, etc. Everything was covered and masked off with such precision, and detailed photos were taken to get everything back to its proper spot after completion. The whole process took almost two weeks. The team leader would arrive each morning and ask if I had any questions or concerns about the previous days work. Im a bit OCD about perfection and if I had any concerns about a potential issue, it would be corrected immediately and with zero pushback. Ive worked with about a dozen contractors over the past 6 months during our home renovation and I can say the team at ESR Painting is one of a select few that I would happily work with again and confidently refer to friends and family. Weve even had them come back to do a few smaller exterior jobs. Thanks Eric and your entire team for making our home beautiful.

Erick and team did an amazing job for our home, we needed a repaint due to flaking and Erick was very professional at explaining the process, they came in fully equipped with masking, ton of them, around windows, walls and ground, and porta potty too, so you know they are professional, it was a week worth of work so tools were put away and organized, a detailed oriented contractor, and you know that they take their work seriously, all in all, I looked around for flaws and couldn't find any, and Erick ended with a professional note, if you have any issues, just let us know, both my wife and I felt result came out better than expected and price was reasonable, highly recommend this company!

They showed up on time every day and worked so hard and took so much care to make our house look perfect. Their price was very reasonable and they were all around such a pleasure to work with. We recently hired ESR to paint the exterior of our home, and we couldn't be more thrilled with the results! The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Erick's team was punctual, courteous, and extremely detail-oriented. They took the time to properly prepare the surfaces, repair minor damage, and protect our landscaping and pavers. They even took our outdated satellite dish from the roof and discarded it for us. They kept us informed throughout the project, addressed all our questions promptly, and made sure we were happy every step of the way. Erick is very communicative. I would absolutely recommend ESR painting for your house. Erick & the team was extremely professional, timely and did a complete makeover of my house which needed an extreme amount of work. ESR Quality Painting. Erick and his crew were fantastic . They painted our ranch style house beautifully. Not only that, his crew repaired our stucco walls. We had them remove the 1950's intercom ports and covered up those sites so well that you cannot tell that they were there. His crew always started on time 7:30am and cleaned up prior to leaving. Updating my original review (still five stars). We have now had Erick and company at ESR paint a few houses for us. We could not be happier. Each time the guys have been professional and very responsive to any request. We had ESR repaint my in-laws house and they are still talking about how happy they are with their newly painted house. If you are looking for a painting contractor I could recommend Erick and ESR more highly! Original review below for the record : This was our first time contracting with ESR quality painting and we will never use another painting contractor. Erick and his team we excellent from the prep through to the final touch-up. Communication with ESR was very clear and he was very responsive to any questions we had along the way.

We had the exterior of our 9-unit apartment complex (& laundry room & pool shed) painted during the last two weeks by ESR Quality Painting. They did a great job in a very timely manner & I highly recommend them! Erick, the owner, is very knowledgeable with paint & helpful as he went over everything in detail with me & even painted some sample areas to help me choose the colors. Carlos led the excellent team of experienced painters & was very attentive to making sure everything was perfect & just the way we wanted. The painters' prep work was very thorough (even did quality stucco & wood repairs for us first) & our tenants mentioned to me that they were all very nice & polite too. I have recently had ESR paint my home. After receiving a few quotes we decided that Erick from ESR would be doing the work. Erick presented himself and his company in a professional manner. His process was unmatched by the other painting companies that we considered. Erick was upfront about what to expect and that communication would be key. Erick never let us down on a commitment and he communicated with us throughout the process. The team that was assigned to the job was outstanding. There was someone at the house every day from the beginning of the job until the end. Kevin took his time and paid special attention to the prep work that was done to the house. Not just replacing the wood that we had talked about and doing the standard sanding but also filling many small holes, cracks, and gaps. Carlos was very good also. Anytime that I had a question or concern I knew that Carlos would be able to handle it. He kept the project moving and made sure that the final product looks excellent. A friend of mine came to the house recently who has a very discerning eye. He was very impressed with the outcome. He noted the crispness of all the lines and that they must have spent time on the prep. He noticed that there was not even the smallest amount of paint on the patio where it meets the foundation of the house. It's good fortune finding this painter. They have started the working date as promised; finished whole house painting in 8 days straight. Premium grade paints are used. Upon completion, cleaned and disposed of all debris and trash. Here I want to extend my gratitude to Erick, Carlos and their crews for professionalism and craftsmanship.

I got 3 quotes from different companies for the trim/eaves gate and railing, and ESR was in the ballpark with the others. What set them apart for me was that a salesmen with no painting experience didn't come for the quote. I got a detailed picture of what they would do, that the others wouldn't, and I wasn't disappointed. They did an exception job! Prepped, sanded, and primered everything! Not just "where needed" or "where required," or spot treatments like the others do. Covered all the windows, ground, etc for overstay. Painters were hardworking, polite and easy to work with. Would definitely use them again.

We couldn't be more pleased with the work Erick and his crew did for us. They changed out fascia boards and fixed stucco for us and painted all of our trim. Erick and his team did an outstanding job prepping our century-old home for painting. They started by power washing, then patiently waited for it to dry before meticulously sanding every inch. Our house has intricate siding and layers of old paint, but they didn't miss a spot. Their professionalism and attention to detail were top-notchthey arrived on time, cleaned up daily, and even managed to repair damage from a palm tree seamlessly. Couldn't be happier with the outcome!

Erick and his crew did a phenomenal job painting our house, and for a very reasonable price! There were numerous areas that were peeling and damaged; they made everything look nearly brand new. We are very pleased with the job that ESR Quality Painting did for us. There was considerable repair work to both the facia, flashing, and stucco and they did a great job.
