All out-of-state investors should avoid this guy. He complains before he's even done anything. Instead of communicating with people about their needs, he feels attacked and exploited. Absolutely terrible service. His response time is also extremely poor even though his website claims he's happy to handle emergencies and that no distance is too far. I inquired about various jobs because he advertises "no job too small," but apparently, many jobs are simply too much for him. So, if you want bad service or just want someone to give you a bad feeling, contact him.

I have Eitman Services on speed dial. Over the last few months Scott has done various small jobs putting together bed frames, patching a large hole in wall from leaking plumbing, removing, and replacing baseboards, and installing screen door in garage and the list goes on. In the next few months, I have scheduled appointments with Eitman Services for updates to bathrooms and kitchen. He is quick and efficient and always on time. His prices are fair, and he does good work. I know my way around a workshop, and I would recommend Eitman Handyman Services. Thank you Scott for helping with checking off some of the many projects I have on my To-Do List.
