This company is used by my home builder (not putting the name) and I must say that their work hasn't been the greatest with poor finishing on caulking, drywalls, painting etc everywhere I look at my house. Disappointing especially when homeowners pay such a heavy price for new homes. Certainly a bad selection by the builder.

Eastern Applicators are the worst company! The quality of work is poor and sloppy. They take the easy way out to finish a job but not in a proper way it has to be done. They are dishonest and lie just to protect their face. Eastern Applicators was a contractor for KHov builders. The drywall one year was done by Eastern Applicators and the work was not satisfactory and many areas were not done correctly. Also, they ruined my fabric blind. They try to clean it with a solution that was not even for fabric with made the paint stain worse. And when I asked them to replace it, then they said they didnt do it. What kind of company straight out deny that their worker didnt do it when they were the only one with paint in my house. And then why then to try to remove the paint if they didnt do it. And the customer service person Rebecca is the rudest person I have ever encountered. I will never recommend and will spread the message to everyone! Never use them, they will ruin your precious belongings and then deny it!

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is a complete disappointmentfrom executive management down to operations and field supervisors. They are unreliable, unsafe, and consistently miss deadlines. Their inability to submit accurate and timely project control documents makes executing work unnecessarily difficult. Communication is poor, and they are far from solution-oriented. Accountability is clearly not a priority for themyet somehow, they feel justified in charging for something as trivial as a missing piece of drywall. In this region, I would choose A&M over Eastern Applicators without hesitation, and theyre pretty bad too. Frankly, I cant imagine a worse experience.

We were so impressed with this drywall and paint company! The team worked quickly without cutting corners, and their professionalism showed at every step. Their expertise made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and the finished results look fantastic. Highly recommend!

I engaged with Eastern Applicators crews for drywall/painting at my property. Their team arrived on time and managed multiple task across the project efficiently. I was impressed by their manpower and how they kept workflow moving; stages felt well-managed. Both staff on site in office, came across as knowledgeable and committed to getting the job in a timely manner. Would absolutely recommend working with this company.

This place is an absolute joke. The customer service is consistently disappointing, and the manager, Rebekah Ordoez, is especially unhelpful. Her attitude is completely unprofessionalshe might want to consider a job she actually enjoys, because its clear this isnt it.

Littered a whole intersection with 100s of invoices containing confidential contractor and customer information, customer service representative was rude when i brought up the issue and only sent someone out until I told them I would be giving their customers a call.

This firm served as the subcontractor for my homes builder. Exceptionally poor workmanship, and inability to honor the one-year drywall repair agreement. For builders considering this subcontractor, Im glad to share photos of the shoddy workmanship, (before and after) when the builder compelled this firms foreman to visit my home.
