ETHS got us on thier schedule quickly and was done with the job before we knew it! Professional workers and work!! We had them install a new post and mailbox for us and we'll definitely be utilizing thier services again on our property!

I had about $7,000. of exterior work done to my home this April. From some dry rot repaired and replaced, extensive siding replacement, trim work which included replacing and painting. Also two wooden gates were replaced. All of the work was done excellently and professionally. Thanks again, Wayne Brown

A wonderful duo who do quality work in a timely manner! They replaced the ceiling and installed a new vent as well as a vent fan /light combo in my bathroom! Beautiful work and did I mention they are two really nice young people! Thanks you two...you really helped this old lady out!

So I was given a card by someone that used this service and was raving about them being thorough and professional , gave him a call because I needed 2 bathrooms remodeled. I'm super pleased with the results !! I have more remodeling I need done and will definitely be calling him again .

They installed a garbage disposal incorrectly and dishwasher would not empty. Had to call a appliance repair and have a plug on the garbage disposal removed so dish washer would drain. I never got reimbursed for $129.99 I paid to have a appliance repair correct problem.

I would definitely not use this individual or services again as work was not satisfactory, unprofessional, and unresponsive. Services performed were ceiling scraping, removal of electrical lights, removal of built-in cabinets, door replacements, painting, and fan removal and new installation. Upon initial completion all looked good and payment was made to Q. As a few weeks or so, starting seeing some issues with the ceiling that he had repaired and painted. After a lengthy time to get a response he and another gentleman came back out and after looking things over agreed we did have a problem and he would get it taken care of. Scheduled a day and time for the repairs and when that time arrived no one showed up. Only after inquiring as to why no one showed up Q stated to me that he was not aware the person did not show up and he would find out why and let me know. He did actually call back and give me some reason as to why and said the individual would be out the next day or so. Eventually, an individual did show up, but it was someone else who I had not seen before. He was onsite for approximately 2-3 hours and then left. Once I looked things over and noticed not only had he not repaired the ceiling area correctly or satisfactory, I also noticed some damage to other parts of the ceiling and walls that he had damaged during his so called repair of the ceiling. I immediately took pictures and notified Q. Once he reviewed the pictures he made it clear to me that it was not properly repaired nor satisfactory he then let me know that he had hired and outsourced my job to someone else, but he would contact them and have them come back and correct. Of course, I was not happy that he had hired and sent someone else to correct his work, but at that point could do nothing about it. Q called me a day or so later to apologize for the horrible and unsatisfactory work and ASSURED me that was not the experience or quality of work I should have received and he would get it taken care of HIMSELF just as soon as he could schedule me in. I waited for a couple of weeks and only after not hearing from Q I called/text him to see if and when he could get me scheduled. No answer to either over the next day or so, but then got a text from someone else letting me know that Q had been out sick due to COVID-19 the last couple of weeks, but as soon as he was back up and working again he would get me scheduled and let me know. After another 2 or 3 weeks and nothing from Q, I stated to try and get back in touch with him both calling and texting. To date, I have still not received a text, call, email, or nothing!!! It has now been a couple of months.
