Ted and his team completed a kitchen demolition at my home this past month. It included the removal of plaster walls and kitchen flooring. He was very upfront and detailed in his assessment of the work and cost. It was a very amicable experience as we shared similar desire/expectations for completing the demolition. He remained in communication throughout the process and kept up to date through both weather and any other delays. His team of Lisa and David were also very warm individuals and made the experience quite enjoyable equal to the quality and completion of the demo. The demo was neatly done with great quality and they left the work and transit areas spotless. Was worth every cent and will definitely contract for further work in the future. He goes the extra steps openly and even removed/disposed of old appliances we had to get rid of and hauled away all debris. He has an old school approach that calls for a quality standard and met them. I would recommend.

My brother had a mobil home that caught on fire and was a total loss. We had called around getting estimates on what it would cost for a complete demo and removal of the home. What he quoted for the job compared to other competitors was several thousands of dollars cheaper and that was a godsend considering everything was lost and because insurance in this state is so unaffordable and big insurance companies dont want to cover replacement costs, it was a silver lining considering everything my brother was going through. Ted was a total professional guy. He walked us through the process, gave us updates and time frames on when everything would be completed. Even when things didnt go smoothly he still had a smile on his face, upmost professionalism and rolled with the punches. If everything bad could happen it happened but he was able to make it happen and to complete the job on time. I would definitely recommend Ted to my friends and family for any future projects that they may have or anyone reading this review. Once youve shopped around, call Ted. It was a blessing knowing, that with the prices being so crazy high on everything, that their are still people out their not trying to rip the average person off. Thanks Ted for everything you did!

Well where do I begin, Honestly I generally have been running into totally unreliable, trashy, drunk garbage contractors since leaving the great state of Pennsylvania back in 2010. Needless to say I do alot more review readings now then I have in the past. Knowing that I read the 1 stars first. Since I started with my first remodel Duggin has been helping me do it right. Between his vast knowledge of different building styles and techniques you can promises yourself your getting the best. More recently I had him roughin the house im remodelling and not only did it get done plumb and square but with properly engineered support retention nails in joist hangers instead of screws lol. More to the point tho good things come to those who wait and you get what you pay for. This man is very busy and yes there was a wait however the feeling that I could sleep at night knowing that the job was going to A. Get done and B. be done right it kept me from worring about C. ceya later lol and run with the money. I give this company a 5 Star because Duggin Does it Right.. Highly recommend!!!!

Ted demolished and removed an 8x18 tiled slab. His price was very competitive and he was able to work us into his schedule in a reasonable time frame. He was punctual, actually early, efficient and respectful of our property. He was very accommodating even did a little extra. He installed a zip wall to contain the dust and did a thorough clean up at the end of the job. I would not hesitate to recommend him and would utilize his services again in a heartbeat. Very satisfied!

Ted came out to remove a 12 x12 slab in our yard and hauled away the debris. He was very professional and friendly at all times. His jack hammers were broke and he did the job old school with a slug hammer. He demolished the concrete slab very quickly by hand. Ted was right on time for the job and estimate he gave before doing the job. He provided great service and I would highly recommend for any job. He is very knowledgeable in various areas of construction.

Ted was wonderful to work with. We had him do some demolition work inside our house. He also removed a large deck and many concrete blocks in our backyard. It was a big job, and he got it done in under three days. He cleaned up after himself when he was done, and he responded quickly and thoroughly to every request we made of him. Due to the fact that this was a big job, one concrete block was missed. Without hesitation (and with a great attitude), he offered to come back and take care of it. He stands behind his work, and he does what he says hes going to do. What more can you ask for?

I feel that Teddy kept his word gave me a good job, He's a perfectionist. Took his time on a places that needed and made sure that I was satisfied. He also called a couple days later after the job was completed to make sure the job was complete to my satisfaction and also ask if he could give a final inspection. I would hire Teddy if needed in the future his prices are fair for what I received.
