Mike, the owner, wasted over an hour of my wife's and my time telling us how communication and good craftsmanship is his most important trait! Warning! He does not communicate and will not put anything in writing. He will not call you back. Will not respond to text messages. He will tell you he will invoice you instead of sending you a quote or an estimate. Be cautious with this. An invoice represents work was completed! An estimate is a negotiation for a price for the work to be completed! He will tell you a price over the phone and "promise" you that the price is the price and it will not change! He will tell you stories about why he couldn't call you back or text you back! Be very cautious with this company. I did not hire him because of these issues! Be very careful about his excuses as to why he did not call you back or why he can't email you or why he cannot text you! He will give you an excuse for everything!
