We had our bathroom renovated with everything replaced, from the window to the pipes to the floors and all fixtures. Everyone we worked with was professional and communicative. We were able to discuss budget and fixtures. Our point person was Orlando and he was always incredibly quick to respond if we had questions or issues and was just very easy to work with. He picked out fixtures according to our budget and our taste and all we had to do was approve them , so the decision making process was easy for us. Done by Brandon ordered everything and shipped everything to our home. The guys who worked on our bathroom did great work and cleaned up when they left. They completed the project in a timely manner even with a snowstorm that briefly interrupted progress. I also personally appreciated that Orlando and one other gentleman who worked on the bathroom pointed out some issues in our home that might cause damage down the line to keep an eye on. The bathroom turned out incredible and we will use this company in the future for other projects. I would 100% recommend Done by Brandon and am appreciative of my new favorite room in my house.
