So much so that I referred them to my next-door neighbor, and he also commented on how great the work looked! What stood out was their professionalism. We had a miscommunication on the paint color for my basement, and without hesitation or any complaints, they repainted the entire space the same day. Ive hired a number of painters services over the years: both for rental property as well as my home. To date, none have excelled the work of DMV Pro Painting. Thats not an exaggeration. Id considered using the services of a previous company, but decided to look at 2 different companies, and when I compared them apples to apples, DMV Pro Paintings prices were highly competitive, but also very fair. This perspective matched other patrons who had employed their services. When Emerson came out to discuss painting the pergola, his expert advice was to stain it, as opposed to painting it for a more lasting appearance. It was great advice as wed not entertained staining in white. As a potential customer, I benefitted from his preferred paint manufacturer, Sherwin-Williams. When Emerson sent the quote to us, he clearly delineated each line of service that needed to be done which eliminated any questions in that area. His clarity in itemizing the specific tasks made it easy to compare his quote with the competitor. And, DMV provided more than the competitor! The owner, Emerson, is and was a pleasure to work with; on the first day he scheduled to begin his work, he and his team arrived promptly, and set to tasks. The second day, his team arrived 45 minutes early in anticipation of their workday! This really impressed us! We observed their skill and attention to detail in their work; and Emersons team is well-harnessed. Theres a marvelous cohesion among the team that benefits the customer. The finished products: the stained pergola, painted shutters, door, roof tin all looked brand new! And the powerwashed sidewalk is once again totally clean! Before they left the premises, they ensured total cleanup of their tools and belongings. We wont have to second guess who well call on the next time we have need of painting, power washing or gentle washing services. Its settled: well call on DMV Pro Painting! P.S.
