Fernando seemed to be more concerned about his 50% deposit than I he was about a commitment to show up on the job and getting the project going. I offered to meet him on the job with the deposit and sign his contract but he declined and insisted on the deposit up front. He said he had other jobs and didnt need mine. I agreed!

We had an unhinged door fall and tear a gaping hole in the corner of two adjoining walls. DLP responded quickly with a very reasonable bid. Within just a few days the hole was professionally repaired and completely dry walled. We couldn't be happier with the quality of the work and our experience we had working with them.

Paid Fernando at the beginning of March 2021 to drywall my basement. At that time he stated he could start on our basement a few weeks later. Time goes on and I never hear anything. Poor response time with messages. Excuse after excuse after excuse nearly 4 months later still nothing is done. We got our money back. I expect honesty when working with a company and you wont find that here.

We are very pleased with our office Fernando and his team did. I am giving this a 4 star only because of the overall experience I had. While the quality of work and price for the job were both outstanding, I was disappointed in the process by which everything got done. For starters, we originally had a date planned for one or more of his workers to come in and install the Sheetrock. Knowing there would be drilling, cutting, etc, I took time off my work from home job to ensure I wouldnt have any issues. That day came and went. His guys literally no call no showed on me. When I asked when his team would be there he assured me later that day. Later that day came and went. When I reached out again he said oh sorry they got held up theyll be there tomorrow. I wouldve appreciated a phone call or some kind of message. Had I known that was gonna happen Ida worked rather than loosing hundreds of dollars in wages. Then out of nowhere at 8:30 in the morning the next day, his sheet rock guy shows up. Called me min before he came to the door. Had to hurry and get my kids up and things ready. Then came the mudding crew. Was supposed to be there the following morning, shows up way later in the afternoon and then says hes unable to finish because he wasnt left the proper equipment and tools. Am told hell be back the next morning to finish The next morning comes, mudding guy is no where to be found. I send a message to Fernando, he says hell be there around noon(4 hours later than I was told). 4:00 in the afternoon and the guy STILL isnt here. Again not trying to be a pest I message and ask where the guy is. He finally shows up at my house at 8:00 AT night. My wife and I decided hes here lets just let him finish. So he does. Fernando and another guy come the last day, clean up the trash. Overall the quality of work is great, the price was very good as well and I would still recommend them. The punctuality, however, needs a lot of work. Were just glad its done

Fernando's crew did a great job. They worked long hours and got the job done. Something got drywalled over that should not have and Fernando came out that night and fixed the problem! Fernando is easy to talk to and work with. We highly recommend him.

Fernando and Zack were amazing. Before I found them I took many bids on my project and even had someone else start. Shorty after I realized I needed to hire someone else and DLP was there to help.
