As a professional Project Manager, running multi million dollar projects, I can say I was INCREDIBLY impressed with how everything was managed! From day one, he kept us informed, kept us on track with making sure he got everything he needed from us, and to top it all off, we were only $200 off budget! That is all on top of the fact that the work was AMAZING!!! WE ARE THRILLED with HOW AMAZING our basement turned out! I wish I could add pictures!

Tom and his crew did an amazing job for us finishing our basement including barn doors, exercise room, bedroom, playroom, bathroom, mini kitchen and family area! With 2 storage spaces and also a cute clubhouse play structure for the kids in their playroom! We had a wonderful experience with great communication and transparent fees! The process was seamless! We don't have enough great things to say about working with Dillon Contracting. Tom is an honest & dependable guy that stands behind his work, and will always ensure that you're happy with the project(s). He has great ideas, and he & his team produce quality work. We always felt comfortable allowing the team in our home whether or not we were home, and they worked well with our family (and dog!). Dillon Contracting completed our basement remodel (full bathroom, bedroom/office, bar), as well as custom built-ins, and bar table. We love how our basement remodel came together and enjoy showing it off to our friends and family.

I was interested in getting my basement finished for a reasonable price and landed on this website. When I looked at their 'work' it seemed pretty basic and subpar so I figured I would give them a call. When I told them my budget was $40 per square foot, the guy simply said 'good luck' and hung up the phone. This guys pricing is $50 per square foot for an extremely average quality work. I was literally just looking for a spray ceiling, drywall, and flooring. This guy is rude and extremely overpriced. Quoting $40,000 for an 800sq ft basic basement. Take your business elsewhere!

Dillon Contracting did an outstanding job with our basement. The owner, Tom, was very honest and transparent throughout the entire process. Tom and his employees are clearly very experienced and knowledgeable. We especially appreciated that they would give us options, as well as advice, on the many decisions we had to make. Our schedule was impacted on multiple occasions by delays in the materials that we had ordered (flooring, cabinets, etc.), but Tom was always very accommodating. What really makes this company stand out to me above all others is not just their quality of work, but how easy it was to always get a hold of them. Regardless of how big or small our question or concern may have been, Tom would always respond to our texts or calls right away. He was beyond patient, and went the extra mile to help us with anything we needed. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to get their basement finished (or any other home improvement work).

We had looked into other companies but they just didnt have the creativity or interest into making our dream basement a reality that Dillon Contracting did. From the very beginning Tom was nothing but professional, honest and always available to answer any questions we might have had. Tom and his team went above and beyond for us. From the attention to detail in the built in entertainment center, to a reading nook under the stairs, to a bar that had that wow factor...Dillon Contracting delivered! Hired Tom to do some bathroom/flooring work and finish my basement. Tom and his specialists came in and blew away all of my expectations. He was extremely reasonably priced, he went above and beyond to fix items not originally even on our contract, and he took absolutely all of the stress out of a very major renovation. Cannot recommend him more, as he is turnkey when it comes to project managing renovations. I, along with other family members have used him, and could give him the keys and "forget about it" as he would ensure everything was completed to perfection. He will never leave a customer dissatisfied, and his integrity and his overall desire to "make things perfect" even when I was being extremely nitpicky on certain minutia details is what I appreciated the most.
