Mark, did a fantastic job with our primary bath remodel. He helped us with ideas, and gave us great advice. He was always easy to reach and very present during the remodel. Our bath looks wonderful and we are so thankful to Mark and his crew. Mark came through for us again, and helped us after we had water damage. Mark and his subcontractors got all of the damage fixed and it looks like it never happened. You would never guess we had two feet of walls cut throughout most of our first floor. We can't say enough about Mark and his company. We are so thankful him.

It's been a long time since I've had any repairs made on my home and that's because I couldn't find anyone who wanted to do the work or anyone with the knowledge or skill to do it. Workers were great and very professional and did a wonderful job. 2nd project is in the works with Derman Homes. I highly recommend them.

We had a great experience with Mark and his sub contractors who renovated our entire townhouse in Cape Canaveral. We are so pleased with the outcome and communication throughout the process. We love our kitchen and half bath remodel. We replaced the cabinets, countertops, pantry doors, and added in a backsplash. Mark's experience and guidance made the process easy. This was our first big renovation. I recently hired Mark to do some tile work in my foyer and master bathroom. He came highly recommended by a neighbor of mine. I have to say he was a professional from start to finish. He is reliable when it comes to adhering to a schedule and always informed me if there were any delays. He and his team are committed to quality work. I have to say his tile workers performed admirably and did a magnificent job with both locations. You can tell that they really take a lot of pride in their work. Mark was recommended to me to do a remodel on the kitchen and a bathroom along with fixing a roof leak and putting a new railing on an upstairs balcony in our townhouse. Mark finished timely and we are extremely happy with the work. The quality of the work is better than I expected and Mark added extra touches here and there (like nicer cabinet pulls). He kept me fully updated with his progress with photos. I would highly recommend Mark and would absolutely work with him again.

We've used Mark Derman twice now for complete remodeling of our Condo in Cape Canaveral. Once 9yrs ago for a rental and then in April 2018 for a remodel of the same property for our personal use.
