They also painted my metal front door and all the vinyl shutters as well replaced some damaged base flashing. All was done timely and within their reasonable cost estimate. I hired Raegan & Brady Delkamp to paint 3 porches on my 1875 Victorian Farmhouse this past month and have nothing but respect for them and their work. They were meticulous in their prep making sure to get up all the old and peeling paint before reapplying a fresh coat of primer and color. They were extremely careful in their detailing as the job required them to use 3 period colors. I would highly recommend them based on their work ethic, price and thoroughness. Great job!

I found DQI on the Neighborhood app when I was looking for someone to help install drywall in a shower. While several other people initially responded to my post, DQI was the only one who followed through and set up an appointment to bid the job. They were prompt, professional and my dog really liked them. Great communication and quality of work. They do more than drywall and I highly recommend you check them out to knock items off that honey-do list that lets face, otherwise wont get done.

Started with Raegan making a beautiful wood engraving for Mothers Day. She was super easy and fun to work with. It turned out perfect! Then, I salvaged together about 220ft of fence in my back yard. Used fence off marketplace, not the best condition. I started painting a panel and I said no way. Had a couple contractors come over and gave me some outrageous quotes with no availability any time soon. Set up a time with her brother Brady, he came by and gave me a super reasonable quote. We scheduled a date, they both showed up and got the fence painted. It turned out awesome. Really easy to communicate and schedule with and they both actually take pride in their work.

UPDATE*** Brady just finished painting the trim on our two story home and AS USUAL he did a great job. 5 star job!! If youre in need of any home improvement, Bradys your guy!! I contacted Angi for pros to bid on my drywall project in my basement bathroom, and within about 15 minutes Brady contacted me to discuss details. I sent him some pictures of the bathroom and he told me he could come out the next day. He came and we discussed some options and he went right to work the same day. After a few trips, he completed the project and it looks fabulous!!! Brady communicated with me each day, which was so refreshing. Hard to find that these days. Pricing was very reasonable and his attention to detail was spot on. Brady was a pleasure to work with and have in my home. He cleaned up beautifully each day which was great. I would hire him again in a heart beat!! Excellent experience. Thank you Brady!!!
