EVERYONE, BE AWARE! THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM. Dallas Handyman LLC, Dallas Handyman Service, and Dallas Handyman Services are just one business. On July 26 they came to my house to fix my dripping tub faucet (slowly dripping so I let it be for about 2 months), they could not fix it but even made it way worse, became way stronger, and faster leaking. Jose who I talked to at first is the boss/owner (according to Mario, one of the 2 guys he sent) came to my house and told me they had to install a new set. I had no choice but to accept that with a new charge. After they were done, I checked and discovered that when I turned on the valve handle water was coming out at both ends (tub faucet and shower head, not just leaking at the shower head but like a regular stream when you need to use it). The guys video-called with Jose, and after a while, they handed me the phone to talk to him. Jose started tricking and lying to me, he said it is how they are supposed to be working. I said no, when we use the tub faucet, water must not come out at the shower head, this is how my previous set works and how it works in any houses' bathtub. He then blamed the manufacturer, said, that is how they are made by the manufacturer. I laughed and said no again. Then he threatened me saying that if I don't accept it, they will have to put back my previous set and charge more for that. I could not let them do that because they made it way worse, so I would not leave water on with my old tub faucet. Even these 2 guys, when I asked them is this how your bathtub faucet works, they could not say anything, just be silent and nodded. They knew this was wrong. I had to stop them and tell them to leave, otherwise I would call the police. I am ok with people making mistakes because no one is perfect, but you have to take responsibility for your mistakes and fix it. This guy, Jose, did not admit their faulty installation and never offer a solution to fix it. He was only texting and calling me to ask for more money. I don't want to be a bad person so I zelled him the cost of the parts. A few days later, I had to waste more time and money to fix their defective installation by another contractor. I have attached a few pictures including messages between him and me. I also have a few videos, but don't know why I could not upload them (length is just 14 seconds, mp4 format, mov, avi, etc., none of those format can be uploaded).

had to install a smartlock that needed custom woodwork. They arrived in the evening, i was impressed they wanted to work around 4pm, when I got home. They arrived with three people. It took over an hour. The next day, their manager called in and we arranged to meet. He actually replaced the screws with his own that were longer and more robust. I was glad. I showed them some outside areas that needed to repaired, installing new wood below the shingles. He said no problem and gave me an estimate. I realized lock installs were quick work for them.

Dallas Handyman completed several tasks around the house and we are very pleased with their work in taking care a wide range of needs. Jose came to my house for an initial assessment and his crew was very responsible and professional in their work. He also agreed to have them come out on a Saturday and they picked up materials for us so we didnt have to do it ourselves - this was a huge help as my wife and I both work day jobs and having servicemen over during the week is a big hassle. I recommend Dallas Handyman for all those things around the house that you dont want to take time to fix yourself - or, if youre like me, cant.

They were on time, installed a garage door, a new sink, repaired a door, installed a dishwasher pan, fixed a wiring problem and other items on our inspection list.
