We had a very poor experience with Carlos for drywall patching and painting. The drywall work was messy and poorly finished, as well as uneven patches and drywall mud left all over the place. He also didnt properly remove outlet/light switch plates before painting, which left sloppy edges and an overall unfinished look. There was also paint overspray and damage to multiple fixtures and hardware throughout the home. In addition to having to bring in another painter to correct the work ($4,000), we now have to replace the shelving, kitchen faucet, light fixtures, and door hardware due to overspray/paint damage. The delays also pushed back our move, costing another $1,800 in extra housing costs. We have photos documenting the issues. I would strongly recommend not using Carlos for future jobs.

We had extensive water damage behind a wall in our den and leakage in the wall in the laundry room. Carlos came out, scoped everything in detail and we agreed on a contract. The work was actually done in less time than initially estimated even considering there were quite a few surprises discovered along the way. The finished product is perfect! Paint and texture matches 100% to existing paint/texture so you can't even tell that half the wall was ripped out and repaired. Everything was cleaned up and left looking good. Would highly recommend C&Z Drywall

Carlos repaired some water damage within our home and garage. He responded to my initial inquiry in minutes and completed the work just a a couple of days later. He is prompt and clean on the job, the quality of his work is really outstanding, and he actually did more than we expected. The price was reasonable ... we'll definitely use him again.

Carlos responded quickly and completed the job within a few days for a reasonable price. He replaced drywall in a carport ceiling, textured and painted. He went above and beyond, painting a wall and doors that needed it, as well as additional facia, at no extra cost. He also sent me videos of the work in progress so I didnt need to keep running over to check on the work. That was extremely helpful! I recommend him and wouldnt hesitate to call him again.

Carlos did a complete repaint of the interior including millwork, of our home. He was very prompt, thorough and professional. Carlos was also very helpful with drywall repairs, replacing door hardware, and matching electrical outlets and switches. We appreciate him being fair with pricing and taking pride in all his work, as well as always offering solutions to problems that popped up along the way. Would definitely use Carlos again for any work needed to get done. Thanks Carlos!
