I would like to thank Cutting Edge Restoration for coming thru for me. I had and emergency and the Plumber Carlos recommended your compnay and Jorge came to my home very late and shored up everything for me because I was lost he didn't leave my house until almost 1am in the morning..left dehumidifier in the rooms...he was very professional and yet personable . Mr Jorge was outstanding A+ class act.....the next day I see trucks pull up and I thought to myself here come the rest of the calvary and yes that is exactly what they are....Travis A+ shows great Leadership skills patient ,understanding I must have asked a million questions and he patiently answered . Travis was very meticulous and very thorough with the new young man Anthony..who worked very long and very hard he has a work ethic that you don't see much in young people his age anymore I see him doing great things in his future...Travis A+ was such a kind and courteous young man hard working,professional and a asset to your company last but certainly not least is Diego A+ full of personality hard working professional as well kind harded young man...your men are surely what I call the A TEAM ..During my most difficult time it was a pleasure using Cutting Edge Restoration they really made this process smooth for me. These guys responded to our situation pretty quick. Immediately they started drying the effected areas and removing everything that was saturated with water. During this entire process Jorge and Travis were so professional. They left this place so much cleaner than one could expect given the circumstances. They put up plastic makeshift walls around the entire kitchen area. They did so in a manner that the kitchen was still functional. Nice jobs guys getting to us so soon. You Rock.

Amazing company! I had a kitchen remodel done and the contractor caused a leak with the new sink he installed which damaged my flooring. I reached out to Cutting Edge and they came out and did the mitigation and then came back for the restoration. The team was great, my house looks amazing! Kevin and Eddy were phenomenal, they were honest with me and extremely detailed. They really went above and beyond and I am very grateful.

I'm so grateful to Jesse and his team for all the work they did in my home, and especially for remaining so kind and respectful through the entire ordeal. I first contacted a plumber when I realized there was a water leak and I had no idea where it was coming from. He recommended we call Cutting Edge to help with drywall removal/asbestos testing so he could properly find the leak that clearly was going to be a pain to find. He did find it, it was the copper under our master sink leaking down into the first floor and water damaging the area under the stairs and the drywall all around our fireplace and pantry. The plumber fixed the leak but all other repairs were shouldered by Cutting Edge entirely. I was very pleased with every step of the way in terms of professionalism and customer service from cutting edge. Anything I was unhappy with (for example how long the repairs took to finish) were out of their hands and rested solely on the insurance or the nature of the damage. We had to have dehumidifiers in the house for about two weeks but that was going to happen no matter what because the moisture needed to be pulled out of the framing. Also, from the very get go, Jesse was very upfront about the timeline expectations and he let me know I was looking at about a month before he could say everything was finished for good. The dry wall removal was quick and efficient with the workers creating temporary plastic walls for my kids' safety and with a pathway into the garage and outside for quick trash removal. Once all the drywall was out, they even vacuumed up their dust for me (which heck yeah, thank you!) The drying process took a few weeks between actual drying and waiting on insurance to send their own adjuster out. But as soon as approval was given, the Cutting Edge team was on it and quickly got up new drywall, then texturized and painted, extending the paint out as far as was needed to make sure there were no harsh lines or mismatching. Overall, I am so grateful to them for getting here so fast and helping detect that leak to stop further damage the same day I called. And want to give extra kudos to Jesse for going above and beyond in catering to the insurance hurdles and the level of professionalism he maintained. Special thanks to Kevin for being so kind to my children!

I've seen Cutting Edge Restoration come in to a flood damaged home and do a thorough water clean up as well as remove all damage done to drywall, insulation, baseboards, ext... The rebuild portion of the damage is also done with quality and cleanliness. You wouldn't even know that there was previous damage to your home once all is said and done.
