They were very communicative, understood our vision for our remodel, and did an excellent job as we could not be more happy with our new laundry room space. Replaced a screen door with a 3 ft. Door and siding, added a wall with a pocket door, and installed shiplap/paint. Also cleaned up and provided dry wall repairs. Will use them again in the future.

Good work by Francisco, but extremely disappointed in the company as a whole- terrible communications, and they have this fancy builder portal too that never got used for any of our communications. 1. Despite having this really nice builder portal, no one responded to any of the comments or messages I sent when Francisco didn't show up on a day that was on the schedule as a workday. 2. No one coordinated with me on the first day of work when he was late. 3. After 3 days being put on the schedule as work days (16-24 hours of potential work time) and only 5 hours of work actually happened, your idea of a fee adjustment was $120(10%). The work was at least 50% less than the quoted schedule but nearly full fee? That's unreasonable. 4. It's clear that the estimate was padded, which isn't uncommon because you want to account for that contingency, but when the execution is as smooth as it was and only half the time was necessary- you should stand up and take ownership of that with a reasonable fee adjustment. I work with contractors for a living and this is standard practice.

Abraham came to our house to fix a crack in our ceiling caused by a large beam that came loose in our attic. He was able to cut part of that beam and cut out the drywall replacing the crack. He then textured it using a manual knock down method which very closely matched the rest of the ceiling.We are very pleased with his work and dealing with members of the CSI staff.

CS1 helped us with our drywall issues on two of our ceilings during remodeling of our home. Farid and his team of professionals, prepped the areas efficiently and completed a swift job within a few hours. When they left, it was it was as if they were never there. As for the ceilings which had 1) discoloration and 2) water damage - We could not even tell where the repairs were made! We highly recommend CS1 for dry- walling jobs!

I did 5 estimates to get old insulation removed from my attic and debated which to get, blown in or batt. Mara at CS1 was so incredibly helpful answering all my numerous questions, especially when I was going to lay plywood down on top of it. Horlando, the project manager, came right over and gave me great advice as to the best options for me . He also fit me in within a day because they had a cancellation. Whooo hoooo! Then Lio and his team came to do the work. These guys were hard working, because this was a really messy job. They had a system on what to and to do it efficiently. They were respectful of my time and also my home. I cannot say enough about how pleased I was with the company and the work they did. They also do drywall and painting. This I cant wait to hire them for my next projects. You will not be disappointed with CS1, no need to get a bunch of bids. They were incredibly reasonable and the customer service was top notch.

I am happy with the job CS1 Real Interiors did patching up an inspection hole in my ceiling. The communication was good. They arrived on time, setup the workspace by enclosing it in plastic sheeting from floor to ceiling to protect the surroundings and laid down construction paper from the door to the workplace to protect the floor. I am happy with the results of the patch work.

Communication, Flexibility, Integrity, and Quality At first, we made the mistake of passing over CS1. We chose a smaller, lower cost guy contractor who promised at lot for our fairly small and unique drywall/paint remodel project. Soon after, we hired CS1 though, after our first pick turned out to be all talk. WE ARE SO GLAD we hired CS1, next, for many reasons. Their communication professionalism and flexibility in working with our unusual project stood out to us as a level of dedication to customer service with integrity that is hard to find these days... 1) CS1's owner showed up on site to assure everything was clear and in-line with our intentions, communicating superbly with us at the beginning, middle, and end. 2) CS1 used an online project management system which offers thorough documentation and access. The system is in a class far above most of their competitors. If they continue implementing the systems full capabilities and assuring users understand it, its communication value pushes them towards being genuine super-stars. 3) Our project had unexpected changes and unique twists that they allowed, going above and beyond to flexibly meet our needs as best they could. We were glad to pay additionally for them to add scope of work items, and they were very fair in pricing. No gouging was seen, at all. 4) Quality of work great and never a disappointment. We got absolutely got what we paid for... Overall, we feel this company is significantly above the average.
