Would not recommend business or service from Jesus Cruz with Cruz Solutions Drywall, if I could give zero stars I would. This business owner did not have his load tied down and a piece of drywall flew out and hit our vehicle causing damage. We took pictures of his license plate and business logo and attempted to make contact with him over a couple weeks to resolve the issue. He refused to return our calls, texts and emails, we filed a police report not even officers could get ahold of him. After multiple attempts, he returned our call and strung us along as if he was going to take care of the damages outside of insurance. After over a month we filed a claim with our insurance, paid our deductible to have our vehicle repaired from the damages he caused. Weeks go by and our insurance advised Jesus Cruz does not have active insurance and refused to take their calls or respond to letter sent to resolve the issue. Terrible customer service, a testament of his true character as a business owner.

We had our basement drywalled several months ago. Cruz Solutions was available, fast, and at a good price. They performed their responsibilities from the quote as described. Our complaint regards communication. Their work was great for a traditional job. We had some special considerations for a theater room which were missed. Even after I took the time to correct the first mistake the finishing work again messed up the projector wall, costing $2000 to buy a screen rather than project onto the wall. There was also several guesses on how to handle questions rather than checking with me, having made myself available. These also had to be fixed. We were also disappointed in the texturing that while it was performed as described on the quote, was not what we thought we were getting. I wish such an important part of the work and been clearer with maybe an example of what the finishing work would be. As mentioned Cruz Solutions did great for a traditional job, but will need very clear communication and expectations for more special considerations.

The owner of the company and his crew were amazing to work with. Because of other sub contractors being behind schedule they had to work over weekends to meet deadlines and did an amazing job. I would recommend any builder or anyone that needs dry wall services to use Cruz Solutions.

I have never written a review but after working with Cruz Solutions, it was a must. I've dealt with several contractors the last 10 months and this team was by far the best! They provided a quote, scheduled our job within our timeline, had a large crew that were in and out very quickly with exceptional quality and great customer service. I would highly recommend them!

These guys are phenomenal! The are fast, professional, hard-working, and fair. Our home is about 5,700 square feet with 20+ foot ceilings in some places and they did it with no problems. I highly recommend this company!
