Matt did a wonderful job repairing my outdoor floodlight wiring and my garage organizer strip. He does quality work and his behavior is professional and friendly. I wish I had more on my list for him to do(which Brian mentioned when booking Matt) ....it is at least a $560 charge for a visit. Plan to use this service again in the very near future. He delt with the wiring & electrical work safely and maintained a professional manner the entire time. I would recommend Matt & Cransten Handyman highly.

Ive been trying to get an estimate for a month with no luck. Sent pictures and follow up texts and have been completely ignored. Odd business model. Since the owner responded, I want to share timelines. I originally reached out to the company on 1/8 and responded that same day. On 1/12 I asked for an estimate and still have yet to receive one. Dakota reached out on 1/22. On 1/23 I replied with all relevant information. Again, no estimate. I did not receive 5-10 calls or emails.

Dayne repaired our undermount sink that had fallen. He was very friendly and explained everything he was doing to fix the problem and what was going on under the sink. This is my second time using Cransten for two different handyman issues. Definitely the best choice for us!

Rob is great!! He is punctual, courteous, professional, and does an excellent job! He arrived each day on time, cheerful and eager to get to work, and worked hard the entire day. He kept dust from sanding contained, and there were no mudding or paint messes! I hate to admit it, but he cleans up after himself better than we do. Katie is great too! She coordinated the schedule, checked in, and is quick to answer questions with a great attitude, and works to ensure youre happy with the work. Trevor even checked in while trying to take a vacation to see if all was going well! Thank yall!

Because of his customer service and assistance with my three projects, I will be using this company again as well as informing others about this company! Dustin did a great job and was very helpful! Update: Dustin started multiple projects and then disappeared. This company said they'd send another guy a week later. The day before the new guy is supposed to come I find out that the guy isn't coming until Monday. Multiple projects are sitting undone all around our house and it's been like that for over a week! And before the projects began we agreed to have rotten wood around windows REPLACED,not patched up. The wood was patched up and we had to tell the him to do it like we agreed. I wouldn't hire anyone from here because it's been one huge mess. I'm so disappointed because I waited years to have this work done!

Patrick is amazing! Hire Cransten to do any and all repairs around your house. He constructed and installed a new mailbox (post and box) for us to the exact specifications that our neighborhood requires. The new mailbox look fantastic, and it was constructed better than the original. Hire Cransten, you wont regret it.

We had some water damage on the ceiling in our master bedroom. Matthew came out, told us exactly what would be needed, and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the end result. He worked quick and made sure to explain what he was doing and why it needed to be done. I can't recommend highly enough for any remodeling you may need done.

Matt was my technician and he did a great job with a tricky situation. The project turned out to be more complicated than originally thought but I'm glad he still provided me with a solution. And Cransten is one of the only companies nearby that will even do any work on mobile homes.

I had a honey do list of things to do from changing light bulbs, hanging photos and curtain rods. Kent was very responsive prior to the appointment. He arrived and got right to work!! Kent was fast and super nice. Its amazing what he can get done in a couple of hours. Ill definitely be requesting Kent again.
