We had an issue with our toilet that needed attention. We called Cox and explained what was going on. They said they would be over that day. You don't hear that very often and then - they were here later that day with a phone call to assure us they would be here. They arrived when they said they would be here and were professional, attentive to our questions, kind and fixed the problem. The problem was solved and the charge was very acceptable and fair. We will for sure have them again.

Consulted company for a back yard fence. We have a daughter with dissability. County pays for the fence. They claimed they have ability to bill the county and willing to work with us. They said they will call back to schedule a visit. Crickets. Called numerous times, left numerous voicemails. One time the office gal picked up the phone and seemed as if I bothering her by asking for an update on a quote. They promised to talk to their fence guy and reach back out. I even gave her the dimensions. Crickets. I finally emailed the company and CC'd our case manager. She initially spoke to the company and shared their contact with me. They never responded to the email. If you don't want to project, then say so! But stringing people along while making empty promises to them gets you nothing but a bad review. You word means nothing. I hope future clients see how little you care and they choose somebody else for their projects-who follows through on their word.

My husband and I could not be happier with our kitchen remodel that was done by Cox Construction Inc! It started with an estimate that was extremely reasonable in price but along with it came great advice for layout and considerations with our family of 5 in a small space. They are super responsive to questions all throughout the process. We had never done a big project before and expected some unforeseen costs, yet we were always provided with options to stay within budget. We had the entire kitchen gutted and redone, floors throughout the kitchen level of our house, ceilings painted, kitchen painted and added an island. The entire group that came in to do the work were outstanding. Polite, friendly and cleaned up every time they left. They were very fast-- showed up when they said they would and before we knew it our space was complete. I cannot say enough great things about Cox Construction. Thank you for making our dreams come true!
