He arrives on time, shows up when he says hell be there. After the job was done, he cleaned up beautifully. It was great to work with a professional, honest contractor. Joe is a pleasure to work with; his communication is some of the best Ive experienced with a contractor because he typically responds to texts within minutes. Arto and the rest of the team arrived on time and were very respectful of my home, ensuring everything stayed clean throughout the process. The finished workmanship is excellent. Great customer service, was very helpful. Had another company do drywall after removal of a fan. Was not pleased with their workmanship. Combs Drywall came in and corrected the catastrophe the previous company left behind. They also installed an access panel. Very pleased with the outcome. Plan on hiring them to do some painting as well.

We had a terrible old glue-up acoustic tile ceiling that just needed to go, some old plaster drywall that needed patching, and some difficult stairway painting that I couldn't safely DIY. Joe and his team were great to work with. I proposed drywalling over the the old tile but Joe set me straight about the pros/cons, presented a solid and reasonably priced plan to demo it and replace it with 1/2in drywall to cover whatever was underneath it. Joe was responsive, on schedule, and his pricing was reasonable. Nice dudes on his team. Absolutely 10/10 impeccable ceiling drywall install, completely smooth, no seams, perfect work, looks great months later. 8/10 painting, had to do a few touchups after, but no big deal.

We have used Joe several times to repair drywall damage due to water leak from our roof. Joe repaired the ceiling in our family room and around the windows in the bedroom and bathroom. He even repaired the drywall in the garage. We recently called Joe again for another small hole that we didn't see before. Joe did an excellent job each time and was professional and prompt. He even makes sure to clean up after the job is complete. I would definitely recommend Combs Drywall for all drywall repairs.

We were in such a bind after a different company backed out of the job. Joe delivered ten fold. Old house...2 ceilings and a significant gap between. He quickly problem solved, put up some framing and made the gap disappear. Excellent work. He was timely & communicated well!

This is the 2nd time I hired Joe Combs for contracting and again, he did an amazing job! In June 2023, he completely gutted my bathroom, reinstalled drywall and grouted the tiles around my new tub! I especially loved his idea of creating a built-in shower nook for me too! He replaced the old sticky tiled floor with plank flooring and repainted my walls from dark blue to white, which was an extremely difficult task, but he accomplished it -- even though he had to return several times to stop the bleeding and re-touching up those areas with white paint. The man is dedicated to his work and if I was dissatisfied with anything, he came back to correct it without argument. HOLD ON because I will be posting pictures for the 1st contracting assignment Joe completed in my BASEMENT even amidst the pandemic in 2021! Below are a few photos of the work Joe did in my basement recreation room and basement stairwell! The doors were painted later! I would highly recommend Combs Drywall!

Joe worked with me to determine a cost-effective solution to dry-scrape, skim coat, prime, and paint. The quote was very reasonable, and Joe answered all my questions honestly and kept me informed as the project progressed. I was extremely happy with the work of his crew and highly recommend Combs Drywall for any project.
