I can't say enough good things about Justin Collier and Collier Property Inspections. He was booked up for a while and we were needing to get things moving in our due diligence period, and Justin made it happen. He offered to do the inspection on Christmas Day in order to save us a week of time. He not only did the inspection on Christmas Day but he had the report emailed to us by 8:15PM that night! While I wasn't happy about the newly found condition of the house, Justin did an extremely thorough job and uncovered many issues that we had no idea were there. He provided detailed descriptions as well as photos and videos of key areas so anyone who saw the inspection report would have a clear picture of what the condition of the home is. We sent the report to our realtor who forwarded it to the listing agent. The seller reviewed it and had no idea that so much was needed to be addressed on the property. We were able to negotiate and have the seller agree to pay for a significant portion of the required repairs. Justin's inspection was money very well spent, and gave us great peace of mind knowing exactly what we were dealing with. Had we not had him do the inspection, we would have soon been on the hook for many thousands of dollars of repairs that we didn't even know were needed. True 5-star service from an honest person who you can trust.

He came out within a couple of days after calling which was nice to get it done fast. He was very thorough inspecting the house, he took the time to explain the summary and answered all my questions. I had more peace of mind buying the house after that. He added that if I had any questions down the road to keep his number and he would be happy to answer anything else, it would be nice if a lot more businesses were like this. Very honest and at a great cost.

I found the professional we worked with to be upfront and thorough. We live in a rural area and Justin was very upfront that their would be additional cost for travel and considering he was traveling 4 hours, that was very reasonable. The inspection/report was so thorough and detailed. There was no confusion or fancy legal garble, just direct information and pictures.
