Just the formal, and detailed, quote sold me on his services. His price was competitive but more importantly, the level of expertise evident in his proposal was superior and I went with it immediately. The lowest price frequently gets you the "cheap" job. To take the time to carefully delineate your steps, engenders the confidence that it will be a job well done. Throughout the job, we collaborated effectively to overcome all the challenges that (always) arise. I truly appreciate his professionalism, good spirits and care in executing the job. EVEN with GREAT clean-up.

I highly recommend Paul Cliff! Paul exceeded my expectations. I knew from previous reviews that he would do a good job...he ended up doing a GREAT job on our porch floor, porch columns, and garage doors. Paul was very attentive to our needs and his customer service is unparalleled. He is detailed oriented and perfectionist.

Paul is a knowledgeable and experienced "craftsman". He power washed the deck and then returned to sand and apply the stain. His attention to detail and pride in his work resulted in my 30 year old deck looking refreshed and great. He was careful to work around the weather, which this summer was a challenge, making sure the wood was dry and no rain in the forecast to allow time for stain to dry. He was able to match the color perfectly. Highly recommended.
