They were incredibly responsive throughout the entire process, which made what could have been a stressful renovation as a result of a flood; feel completely manageable. Their professionalism was evident in everything they did, they were thoughtful, considerate, and clearly took great pride in their work. What impressed us most was how respectful they were of our home. They kept everything immaculately clean and organized throughout the entire project, and when they were finished they put every single item back exactly where it belonged. Rick and Luke Mikesell, along with their capable and industrious team did a great job in cleaning, prepping and painting the exteriors of seven buildings, covering 16 residences on a street in our Strongsville cluster development. The old, failed paint and caulk looked depressing but also allowed for potential water and insect intrusion but that has been properly "fixed" and the results are greatly appreciated! When cleaning and repainting the faux shutters became a poor option, Rick and his team purchased and installed new one to make the project finish up even better than anticipated. We would highly recommend them for every service they cover from painting to renovation and repairs. They are very versatile and work as young pros with old pro skills and work ethic. Great team to deal with.

We love Rick and Cleveland Artisans Painting. They've done many painting and carpentry jobs for us. Rick is dependable, trustworthy, and a creative problem solver. We just had our kitchen remodelled, and we had him back to do some painting. While he was here, he was also able to solve some non-painting problems that our other contractor couldn't seem to get right, specifically, he was able to re-route some coax cable for our internet up through a wall, and replace some pipes that were causing the bathroom sink to back up.
