Clean Custom Painting is an outstanding painting crew! Lee and his crew were hired to paint the exterior of our 1940s home and they did an excellent job. Lee was great at communicating with us from the initial bid, leading up to the start of the project, throughout the project, and in the final sign off. We knew when to expect them each day and when I needed to discuss a detail with Lee he always followed through and got right back to me. Lee answered countless questions ensuring that no detail seemed irrelevant. Lee and his crew were friendly, thorough, and professional. They were very detail oriented and provided a number of helpful and useful suggestions during the project. They always ensured the jobsite was clean before wrapping up for the day. Clean Custom Painting completed the job on time, on budget, and stands behind their work. We cant say enough about the dedication, work ethic, and level of professionalism displayed by Lee and his whole crew, they truly work to ensure you are a satisfied customer. We would highly recommend them for any painting job.

I had Lee and his worker over to paint the interior of an apartment I was renting in SE PDX. They did an extremely detailed and meticulous job, and although it took quite a bit longer than I was expecting they got the job done well, on budget, and with good attitudes. Highly recommend!

Ill start this review by stating I purchased my home in 2016, and it required major renovations throughout. Since move-in, I have performed most renovations and have only hired two contractors; one for my Deck rebuilding, and one for electrical work. I am very handy, but admittedly I am also a bit stubborn, as well as very economically conscious. Therefore, it is not easy for me to request help from professional contractors. I recently viewed the results of interior and exterior painting from Clean Custom Painting, of an extremely large and beautiful home valued well over a million dollars. I was amazed at the craftsmanship, quality, and professionalism from this company. The owner, Lee, was extremely professional and was frequently on-site to insure great results. I inquired with the owner of the property if they would refer this company for a smaller painting project at my home. The owner was more than happy to provide the reference, and shared how pleased and happy they were with the results. With hesitation to hire a contractor to help renovate my home, I decided to hire Clean Custom Painting. I committed to them painting my entire kitchen (including cabinets, walls, and ceilings), as well as living room walls, ceilings, and all baseboard/window trim. I was not only impressed with the expertise and cordialness of the entire team, but I was even more impressed with the preparation and attention to detail of the paint project. Additionally, the owner Lee was available anytime and onsite frequently to answer questions and inspect quality. It is clear to me that Lee understands the value of customer service, quality, crew training, and most importantly making sure the customer is always pleased with results. I not only received an amazing paint job, but I have also regained peace of mind knowing that my home is in excellent condition, and will increase in value due to great visual appeal. Also, Lee and his team has single-handedly caused me to realize the value and importance of hiring professionals to get the job done in a timely, and detailed manner. Lee and his crew are fantastic! Not only is their work beautiful but they are very professional and thorough. We had a bit of a nightmare experience with other contractors during our living remodel project until Lee and his guys arrived and took over. I was very impressed with their attention to detail (we have an extensive amount of detailed millwork) quality of their work and they even got the job done sooner than expected. I cant recommend Clean Custom Painting enough!

lee and his painting crews do an outstanding job. they painted the outside of my house this past summer and we get a ton of compliments about it. they just finished our kitchen and living room and it looks awesome. cant recommend these guys enough. ill use them for sure the next time we have something to paint.

We just finished our interior and exterior painting of our home. I have never seen a more friendly, respectful, timely, dedicated, and professional crew as this one. My dad who had been a contractor for 40+ years (and who never gives compliments) said he had never seen painting done as well as it was to my house. They went the extra mile, never missed a day, were always on time and had positive can-do attitudes. They refinished our decks which look brand new. There is an attention to detail that is just not found anymore- I was astonished how meticulous they were- nothing was overlooked. My house looks amazing! I cant say enough about how incredible this company is. You absolutely cant go wrong!

We recently hired Clean Custom Painting to paint several rooms inside our home. They finished the job just before Thanksgiving, and we are exceptionally pleased with the results. The company owner (Lee) worked very patiently with us in selecting the colors, bringing us several samples and offering his opinions without applying any pressure. Once the decisions were made, his team got to work. They were very professional, efficient, and meticulous. They took care to protect our furniture and floors, painted all the small details we had not thought to request, and left everything in excellent condition. We highly recommend Lee and his crew! Lee came highly recommended to help prepare my house for sale by painting the entire interior of my 1940s era house. I removed the vintage in-wall heaters from all the rooms leaving huge holes in the plaster. Lee was able to repair the walls which turned out so well, you would never know there had ever been a huge hole. Lee kept me informed all along the way which is always appreciated. His prep work and clean up were very thorough as well. I wouldnt hesitate to hire him again and also recommend him highly.

We painted a converted media room. Lee was great. He communicated well, did everything he promised to do and showed up to do it when he said he would. He had good advice for us with regard to appropriate finishes. Some tricky light/dark interfaces were needed and his work was excellent, his charges very reasonable. I am a very satisfied customer and recommend him without reservations. Who could ask for anything more?

Lee and his crew did a fantastic job on our house and were a breeze to work with! From the initial consultation to the final punch-out, Lee was communicative, respectful, and passionate. His crew showed up at 8AM (or earlier) and worked past 5PM for 10 straight days. They were respectful of us and our neighbors, and always made sure to leave the site clean each evening. While Lee was not our cheapest option, he made the value absolutely clear with his work ethic and attention to detail. He treated our house as if it was his. Superior service and great results. I have contracted with many painters for both my personal and rental properties and the recent painting of the outside of my house exceeded all previous painters work. Lee advised on color and Im picky. We tried many many samples. Aware none were perfect, Lee suggested a screen of my favorite color. He nailed it! Every employee was friendly, professional and careful of all my plants and pets. My daughter also used Clean Custom to paint her house and she too was impressed.

I definitely recommend Clean Custom Painting, if you are thinking of a paint project. I deeply appreciate Lee and his team. I know that I am not experienced enough about the painting, but I am confident that I can't expect more than what they did. I recently bought a house, which looked good at showing, but after all the furniture were removed, somehow it looked dull and outdated. Thanks to their support, my house came back to life. 1) Consultation: Lee gave my wife and me very good advice, e.g. how a neutral color works for transition from one room to another. He was with us throughout the selection process, listening our ideas sincerely and thinking together how to reflect them into colors. 2) Professionalism: Lee and his team were truly professionals. They worked very hard during 4 days of the project, pursuing perfect finish. Also, they are nice, polite and friendly. It was comfortable to spend time with them. 3) Finish: All walls/ceilings/trims are perfect - smooth surface, clean cut in corners, etc. 4) Cleanness after work: Our house became cleaner than before! No damages, no spot, no debris. They cleaned up all floor/ceiling beyond my expectation. I felt Lee and the teams strong passion for paint work and the project. They are committed to the success of the project with a motivation to make their customers happy. I am, for sure, one of the happy customers. Managed perfectly by Owner, Lee. We have a very large, very old, historic house, so I can't be a judge of "value," but for our huge job the price seemed right. Very professional, good communication; dedicated employees on-time, neat-clean, and polite. Plus mastery of the many kinds of paints for our variety of surfaces, and works with manufacturer's rep to get the best product for the job.. saw them out here several times.
