We had a faulty upstairs window that caused a lot of water damage to the downstairs living room-dining room ceiling. It took a while to diagnose the window as the cause; in fact, a plumber had to cut a hole in the ceiling to see if hidden plumbing was the source of the leak. So, we had a lot of ceiling damage to repair in a very visible section of the house. Ken came through perfectly--he assessed the damage, gave us a very reasonable quote, and did an excellent job repairing the ceiling. Ken is a pro at this, and he's meticulous, and the ceiling is as good as new. We're thrilled to have found him for this job.
