Frank was kind enough to take on a project at my home that another contractor had messed up on. Specifically a roof under my deck that was done incorrectly and water was collecting and rotting the beams and posts. Also needed a sliding patio door installed. He was very transparent on how to go about fixing everything. Communication was great from start to finish and pricing was more than reasonable. Always on time. He took pride in the work he did and kept everything clean and organized throughout the project. The best thing to come out of all of this is that I found someone I can trust now and plan to use him for any renovations in the future. I cant say enough good things. Just wish I found him first. Frank, the owner of this company, and his team members did a great job! They changed the roof of my house, and did it very nicely and the new roof looks awesome! My roof was changed in less than two weeks after I made my first payment. This company is very reasonable, and significant less expensive compared to some of the big companies like P. J. Fitzpatrick, Power Remodeling, and etc. This company does excellent job, and it is way better than those big companies that I mentioned. Frank and his team members are very nice and friendly. Frank is very easy to get hold; whereas, the it is really difficult to get hold off someone in the big companies. Frank also provides good labor warranty, and he uses good material that will last for really long time. If you are looking to renovate anything in your house, then I highly recommend and encourage to contact this company. I am pretty sure that Frank will make you happy at the end of the day with his quality work, and will make your house look very gorgeous. Trust me that you will be impressed with his quality work. Frank does not change roof, but does all king of renovations. Therefore, once again, if you need to make any renovation, then I highly recommend and encourage to contact Frank. He will provide you quality work with significant less money compared to other companies. He also finishes the work in timely manner, and does not drag it for too long. He also provided me good help with some discounts, and I am pretty sure that he will make complete efforts from his side to provide as much discount as he can because he and his team members do care for their customers. They maintain good relationships with their customers, and listen to their concerns seriously and try to solve their problems as much as they can. I am happy with his qaultiy of work and the price for changing the roof of my house! From start to finish which was about 2.5 weeks Frank and Matt were nothing but pleasant and answered any questions I had and did a wonderful job rebuilding my 3rd floor bedroom from studs. A mini split system was also installed with the help of their hvac person. They were on time and it held up in traffic communicated to let me know.
