I have a rental and called to have the interior to be painted. I received a very detailed quote and Jeff went over all he would do. The price was expensive and I had to think about it then decided to go with it. Let me tell you, everyone has heard you get what you pay for. The paint job was beyond what I expected. Very professional, friendly team and excellent staff, they did a great job repairing nail pops and damage walls from command hooks and nail holes. It was a great experience from start to finish, from the initial consultation and price quote to getting the work scheduled and completed. The painters were also very professional and mindful of our home , cleaning as they went through due to all the repairs they had to do and sanding. We are so very pleased with the work that was done we cant wait to have them come back and update and refresh more of our rooms so we will be calling them again. Definitely worth having this team out to paint our 2 story foyer ceiling and walls all doors and trim as well as our master bedroom with High vaulted ceilings and master bathroom with the same high vaulted ceiling. What a great experience Jeff and his team were so professional they were here on time for the two days it took to transform my house into something fabulous. They cleaned up as they went along. They cleaned up after themselves very informative. I would definitely recommend them to anybody who wants professional painting, done. Showed up when they said they would. Communicated with me daily as I was out of State during the painting days. Worked around my carpet installer. This is our third project with Certa, and each project has gone very well from my first to last contact. Lindsay is so efficient, professional, and pleasant. Plus her suggestions have been spot on. Each project has used a different team of painters, and each team has been great professionals, very skilled with excellent project results and the place is always left thoroughly clean. Lindsay and I have already discussed their returning in the spring to redo the awful work done by another company late this past summer. The paint they did is already washing away! Certa will be our go to from now on!

It was a pleasure working with Lindsay from CertaPro. She came out promptly to give us an estimate on painting our stucco front home. We found the estimate to be quite reasonable. The process which included repairing parts of the stucco, power washing and painting was completed from beginning to end in less than a week. We have worked with CertaPro in the past, they are top notch. They are professional starting with reasonable price quotes, timelines, and respect. This time we started with an epoxy seal and protective treatment of our garage floor, followed by interior painting. They tape off the edges to protect other surfaces, and repair existing damage to walls like nail pops prior to painting. Then the teams clean up and walk through the work space with the home owners to ensure complete customer satisfaction! We are already scheduled for our next job with CertaPro.

We had the exterior of our home painted by the team from CertaPro Mount Laurel. The crew showed up early and worked hard all day. It was obvious they wanted me to be pleased with their work. They left the excess paint with me in case I needed to make any touch-ups. All of the staff were polite and helpful. I highly recommend this company and will absolutely be using them again.

NOT HAPPY with the paint used. Poor coverage over green house. But they were extremely accommodating and tried to very hard to make it right. My house was a lite green and we wanted it to be painted white with black trim. They didn't prime the house first. They put what they say was 2 coats on and the green shows thru. I was asked to give it a week and see if we still see the green. Like its going to change? Every person that comes to my house asked why they can still see green. The job was done in one day and the "2 coats" were put on at the same time. The other 2 estimates I got said they needed to put a primer coat on because the green would show thru the white. They wanted 3-5 days to do the job. We went with Certapro because they said they could do it in one day. I should have know better. The price was a little cheaper then the other estimates. Now I know why. On a GOOD NOTE, they did do a great job with the quality of work. Very professional. If you use them, be sure to ask the right questions.

DAMAGED MY HOUSE AND CALLED THE COPS ON ME Lindsay was nice though. No opinions in this review. You can imagine what my opinions are. Pictures of quality of work. Missed gutter piece. Damaged drip edges. Beyond what you can see, they did absolutely no prep for the surfaces painted. Watched it happen. See the state of the door window panels that they painted directly over. Discussed issues with the franchise owner. He said I was asking for a quality of work I did not pay for. Asked me for proof that they didnt clean before painting. Was not addressing what we should do about paint without cleaning. When I said you arent getting a check today, do what you got to do and we'll figure it out, he called the cops on me. Apparently he may have thought I was demanding to redo entire job, which I was not. Absolute insanity (opinion... sorta)

We are thrilled with the work Jeff and his team did. They were very professional, kept the house as clean as possible during the work (completed both carpentry and painting). Our baseboards were replaced and a coffer ceiling installed in our dining room. All of the detail in their work was nothing short of perfection. We also appreciated some of their professional guidance on some things. They completed the entire project in just a week quickly giving us our house back to enjoy the finished work. Jeff made sure to keep in touch during the project to make sure we were completely satisfied. It's been a very long time that I am able to give a five start review and glad to do so for CertaPro. We've used these guys at CertaPro three times over the past two years. They've been great every time. The last crew was clean of course, but also especially quiet: my hyperactive dog napped for the two days they were here. The crew chief consulted as needed several times with the woman of the house. The gentlemen that represented CertaPro were the absolute BEST team of guys. I was so uneasy about hiring an outside contractor as I have somewhat recently had a horrific experience with not one but two contractors. Burak Ozdemir was my sales representative and followed the job straight till the end. Real customer service!! Not only did Burak do a final inspection himself, another gentleman came by and did a second inspection!
