When I hired CertaPro to paint my house I wasnt sure what to expect. What I got was a lesson I how to perform a job right. Ericks crew showed up on time and ready to work. Eric and I discussed the plan while his crew set up and started the job. During the four days they worked on my house the crew was polite hard working, hard working and showed an amazing attention to detail. After the four days they transformed my tired looking old Victorian home into a beautiful addition to the neighborhood. From start to finish, Ricco, Ray and Shelly were exceptional. Ray was in charge of the estimate. He came in and was super thorough. He accommodated my dad with a detailed hard copy of the estimate upon his request. Shelly also assisted in rescheduling and providing the proper color change to their bilco doors. She listened to what my dad was describing and set him up with a perfect shade of green! Ricco, our painter, was absolutely wonderful! He went above and beyond to provide us with quality work. He communicated with my parents and was a pleasure to work with. The ceilings and bilco doors look amazing! He cleaned everything up and even helped to put back some of the items we had to move to begin the project. CertaPro Painters really impressed us with their communication. Sam from CertaPro painters did a good job with staining two decks on my property. On the first day he came out he pressure washed both decks and replace deck boards. Then he came out two days later to stain the deck along with another worker Han. Sam did a good job with staining the deck and is hardworking and an excellent craftsman. He took care of any concerns we had while he was doing the job. I would recommend this company to do any work you need on your deck. I also want to acknowledge Myles the owner of the company who came out and gave me a fair estimate to stain and repair the decks. Myles returned all my e mails in a timely manner. CertaPro just completed a project for us and we couldnt be more pleased with the outcome. Sam texted before arrival to let us know they were on the way and arrived right on time. The scope of the project included the foyer, stairwell, risers, family room, and an exterior door. This was done in a timely manner and we were provided updates throughout the day. I recently had CertaPro paint my bathroom. Sam, the painter always arrived on time and was polite and respectful. He had to do extra work due to plumbing changes that were made and areas where tiles were removed. When he completed the work you would never have guessed that we had drywall repairs done. He did a beautiful job taking care of where mollys had been and and the bathroom looks beautiful. He even recommended a different paint from the one I originally picked out because it wasn't good at covering. The color was almost the same and I actually like it a lot better! Thank you Sam for doing such an excellent job!!!

We recently had CertaPro do a drywall repair job in our pantry that was necessitated by a plumbing leak. At the same time we had a large trough sink in our master bathroom refinished. The same guy, working alone, did a great job on both. His skills and attention to detail were magnificent and he was very friendly and respectful of our property.
