We recently had our front and back decks painted by Francisco and John with CertaPro Painters, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Both of them were professional, hardworking, and paid close attention to detail throughout the entire project. They took the time to properly prep everything, kept the work area clean, and made sure the finished product looked fantastic. I had my boat house painted and all paintable surfaces on my home, including some decorative tables and chairs. A team of 6 people worked long and hard, and got the job done in two days as estimated. I am extremely happy with the work. It looks professional and all painting was done with careful detail - no paint drips, no mistakes, etc. Railings and metalwork were sprayed and look brand new. The dock was particularly difficult as it is surrounded by water, but the Team painted it with no problems. I am very happy and would recommend CertaPro Painters to anyone.

Excellent experience with CertaPro Painters! We worked with Amy on the front end she was exceptional. William and his team did a wonderful job repainting the exterior and refinishing all of our wood details including the front door under Jims supervision. The communication was excellent throughout the entire project. The team showed up exactly when they said they would and too great care to protect our home, shrubs, etc. during the project. Everybody was very professional and really cared about our satisfaction. I have signed up for a regular maintenance plan to preserve our beautiful woodwork they just refinished and elwe also plan to have them paint the interior of our home this fall. These people offer more than just painting services. In my case I needed some exterior repair/replacement of boards on our Tudor style house. They did the whole nine yards, and very professionally. They provided a very detailed estimate after going over the full project with me. Each of the crews (carpentry, painting) went over the items on the estimate to confirm what needed to be done. Crews showed up when they said they would and put in full, long days. I'm very happy with the outcome and would hire them again.

I live in an old 1977 condominium. I knew that it needed a talented, experienced painting company who would back up their work and that is exactly what I got with CertaPro. CertaPro excels in making sure the walls are repaired and will stay repaired for years to come. All the old cracks and holes are completely gone. The surfaces are repaired just as I had requested including a very poor patch job done by a previous painter. Very prompt, courteous, professionals did the work on time and as expected. Needed stucco and exterior trim painted on a large tutor-style ranch house in Grainger County, TN. Hired this crew to do that, as well as strip and repaint several garage doors, fix a sizable dining room wall crack and match the wall to the remaining walls, and paint a full master bedroom (to include doors and ceiling). They were FABULOUS. Conrad showed up for an immediate, yet thorough and fair estimate and returned with the team on day one. Stephanie coordinated scheduling and even got our project bumped up. Kyle checked in on site as the work progressed. But the crew that arrived was the best part. Their leader, ALEX, texted 30min prior to arrival each day. They worked long, hard days and finished quickly. They were all kind yet so skilled. They were as efficient in set up and thorough in clean up. No scraps left behind. Took shoes off as they entered the house. Just a pleasant and happy team of 6 or 7 that I wish I could employ on every project. So impressed with this company and will definitely hire again. The prices were competitive and includes a Project Manager ensuring that the work order is correct and answered all of our questions. The salesman, crew and service manager were all friendly. The salesman said he'd come with the crew to show them what to do and said the service manager would come at the end of the job to inspect and make sure everything was done correctly and to our liking. Instead the service manager came at the beginning of the job and said that he would not be back at the end to inspect it. So right off the bat I was disappointed they didn't follow through with what they said they'd do and I had to lead them around to show them what to do. The ceiling does look better, but the two places they were supposed to fix are still visible; less noticeable, but are still there. They can't really be fixed now that the ceiling has been painted so we're stuck with it. Even if they could, I don't want them back in the house. They dripped paint on the walls in at least four places and a few spots on the floor and didn't wipe them off. As they were packing up to leave I told them about the drips and they did manage to get them cleaned off, but barely as it was nearly dry. I also had to tell them that they left a can light hanging out of the ceiling. They rammed a ladder into the wall and tore a chunk of drywall out and didn't say a word. I had to get some drywall mud and fix it myself, then paint it. I had just painted that wall the week before, so I was not happy. I didn't see that until after they left or I'd have made them fix it. These are things the service manager would have caught if he'd have come at the end of the job to inspect as we were told. I'm not sure who is at fault for that, but instead it was left up to me to inspect and tell their crew what they missed. Overall I'd rate them at 2.5 stars, but there was no option for 2.5 stars. We paid the premium price for a not so premium job, so I won't use them again. They're too sloppy and didn't do everything they said they'd do.

Conrad who gave me my quote showed up on time, he was professional and very knowledgeable and helpful. The crew Javier and Miguel were fantastic, on time, and the paint job was cut in perfectly. They went over everything with me before beginning the project and kept me informed along the way. They completed the job a day ahead of time and cleaned everything thing up including my stovetop and floors before leaving. I was so happy with the job I a hired them again for another 3 room project and outside fencing. The price is right and the work is very well done. Weve used CertaPro several times in the past and have always been very pleased. Most recently we had some carpentry work on our screened-in porch and a lot of interior painting that entailed some sheet rock replacement and repairs. We worked with Kimble to review and estimate the work and she has always been highly responsive. Our carpentry team was led by J.J.and David. Their crew did an excellent job. This company is new to us but the associates we had to do the work on our home were excellent. They not only knew what they were doing but they had a skilled hand at what they were doing. I have absolutely no complaints about the skilled workers or the company. They also have a manager that comes to the job site to see if you are happy and if you have any questions.
