Weve had a great experience so far with Capstone Roofing in Trussville, AL. From the initial inspection, Tony was professional, honest, and very thorough in explaining the condition of our roof and what needed to be done. What really stood out was how they helped with the insurance process Tony met with the adjuster, provided detailed documentation, and helped us get approval for a full roof replacement. They were also able to get our gutter replacement added to the claim, which was a huge plus. Our roof replacement is scheduled for this week, and their communication has been excellent every step of the way. Theyve explained that if any additional issues are found during installation, theyll document everything and work to have those items addressed properly as well. So far, theyve been responsive, organized, and easy to work with. Based on everything up to this point, I feel confident we chose a trustworthy company and would highly recommend them to anyone in the Trussville area.

Great choice for replacing our roof. They were able to schedule us within a couple of days of making the call. The crew took great care to minimize any mess or disruptions to our routine. They really impressed me from the beginning to the end. This was my first roof replacement didnt know what to expect Dez explained everything to me very well showed me samples and was very clear on what material and work that was getting done with my new roof and gutters. When I needed my brick chimney and roof repaired, I called on Capstone Roofing. I had heard Capstone was a reputable Birmingham Roofing company serving Mountain Brook, AL. They promptly responded with a quote, and completed a quality job in a timely and professional manner. In May 2025, our roof suffered significant damage form a fallen oak tree. Capstone restored our home to (better than) pre-storm condition.

Tony and his team were great. I discovered an issue with my roof shortly after buying my first home. I called and spoke with Tony and he was very knowledgeable and explained their process on how they do their work and the materials very thoroughly. I scheduled them to come and they got the work done in a very timely manner and cleaned up after they were finished which was a BIG plus for me. Both Tony and Austin were extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the roofing business. They helped with the insurance inspection and claim process. The new roof met or was above all current standards, was done quickly and professionally. They cleaned up and hauled away all the debris as well as came back to double check for stray nails. Replaced the roof in 2018 on an older house. A nail had worked it's way out causing a small leak in 2025 and they came back to fix the hole even with the warranty expired, since it was a small fix.

Tonys team just completed a roof replacement at my house. Unbeknownst to Tony before I contacted Capstone, I had a different company do an inspection and give me a quote. This so called quote only grew higher during an in-home consultation due to upgrades all of which I learned from Tony are basically industry standards at this point (shingle life, felt paper weight, etc). I highly recommend Capstone if you want someone who will educate you through the process instead of using fancy terminology to up-charge you for the same services. I couldnt be happier with how my new roof looks!

Tony and his crew at Capstone just installed a beautiful metal roof for us. We didn't expect roof replacement to be this easy, but Capstone was professional from beginning to end. They were careful to work around our schedule, avoid blocking access to the garages when needed, and cleaned up like they were never there. They even made sure all packages got inside safely while we were on vacation. I enthusiastically recommend Capstone if you're looking for a high-end roof done right.

We had recently purchased a home and soon found that we had a leaking roof which was causing damage to the interior of our home. With many more rainy days coming, we knew that we needed to get something done quickly. The roof was approximately 21 years old, so we expected that we would need a new roof. We contacted Capstone Roofing, LLC simply because we had used them for a repair at a previous location and we knew that we would get high quality work at a reasonable price. Once again, we were not disappointed. Capstone was called and they came to our house the next day. He agreed that we unfortunately did need a new roof. He had a written estimate to us the next day, which clearly explained the work to be done and an explanation from him about how long the job would take to complete. As we had an emergency, he graciously moved us up to be done right away. The workers came the next day and began work promptly when they arrived. The work was completed in the time frame that was expected. There was a manager there every day, and each day, a management representative came by to make sure that we had no problems or questions. When the work was completed, the bill was exactly for the estimated amount although some additional plywood sheeting was needed, there were no additional charges. Given the unpleasant reason for us needing their services, things could not have gone better. This experience with Capstone roofing was just as positive as our first encounter years ago. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone needing roofing work done.
