One star is not what they deserve, but its the minimum I can give. Poor customer service when you have a estimate time frame and your prospective customer makes arrangements to leave work to meet and never receives a call. So I left town and figured I would call when I got back since I can meet anytime that following week anyways. Called today to reschedule estimate and was told that the guy supposably called me and said I hung up on him do to me sleeping?!? Really?!? First of all I was at work not sleeping and if I was sleeping I wouldnt be answering my phone to have the luxury to hang up. Secondly no call to my phone, phone records to prove that one. So he told his secretary that if I called for her to tell me that he refuses to give me a estimate. Thats to bad because a friend who used these guys recommended them and its to bad to have a negative experience with a recommended place as well as being ACCUSED for supposably answering and hanging up!! I was waiting on that call so I would have answered my phone. Just to bad because they lost a customer, lost a recommendation and gained a 1 star review. Just sad how some owners run there business and treat potential customers. - Brianna

Like a lot of homeowners in Havasu, my copper water pipe in the ceiling sprung a leak and yep, the ceiling and insulation came crashing down. This is my first ever homeowner's insurance claim after 21 years of home ownership. Based upon a referral from the plumber, I chose Buxton Drywall Service to handle the drywall repairs that included the ceiling and two walls. They were prompt in estimating the work (this was Ryan's task). I was able to match up the insurance company's estimate with the Buxton Drywall estimate without any difficulty. Casey, a younger technician, came in and installed the insulation and then Paul joined him to hang the drywall. Paul then returned to tape and float in the adjoining walls. Another team returned to texture and paint the walls. All of the guys were very professional. It was amazing to see all of this work done in only 2.5 days! To add icing on the cake - the carpet guy (who also does drywall) told me that he sees a lot of drywall repair jobs and he was very impressed with the results of this job (of course I gave props to Buxton Drywall). The texture and paint match so well that I couldn't even tell there was ever a repair done. Ryan was my main point of contact for this project and he was available by phone whenever I had questions. Melina in the office is very proficient and handled the email communications. It has been refreshing to come across a company that actually cares about the customer and provides best-in-class service. Great job!
