Aaron and his team stepped in when the original contractor took advantage of my kindness. The tile floors are amazing, the kitchen instillation is amazing. That team knew I was taken advantage of and went above and beyond to connect me with skilled plumbers, and electricians. They finished trim work around my windows and doors that is so skillfully done that it looks like the original 123 year old woodwork. Every one of them were professional and each person they connected me with has shown skill and professionalism. They remind me of my uncles and the respect and skills they have to do the job right and not cut corners. To establish trust so quickly was mind-blowing. Arron would ask me something and I felt so comfortable saying surprise me and then seeing the choice that that team made.... it felt like they were reading my mind. If you are looking for skilled professionals who take pride in their work. Individuals who look for solutions and bring those solutions to life. This is that team! They will soon be renovating my bathrooms and I am so excited to have them start that project. Buffalo Renovators, Inc just finished the remodel of our 1990s golden oak kitchen. They also did some major work in 3 bathrooms and replaced the floors in the living room, dining room and front hall. They did an outstanding job. Gabe, Aaron, John and Dave were great to work with. They are very knowledgeable of their craft, very personable, punctual, cleaned up every day before leaving and always had a resolution for things I requested or wanted changed. I would definitely work with them again and highly recommend them.

What an absolute pleasure it was working with Buffalo Renovators. I had the entire main level of my split level house- kitchen, living and dining room- ripped out to the studs, a load bearing wall removed and put back together stunningly by Aaron, Gabe, Dave and John. Finding professional and trustworthy people to work on your home for a month+ is a difficult process; Buffalo Renovators made it as easy as possible for me. From the very first meeting (where they showed up on time!), they were helpful, professional and communicative every step of the way. For every step of the design and construction (architect, kitchen design, flooring etc.), they referred me to people that were also a joy to work with. They were all thorough, timely and patient with me when I needed help. Its a lot of money to spend at one time and I am nothing but thrilled with the final outcome. They added luxury vinyl plank flooring to the entire first floor, made a handicap accessible entrance to a closet, updated two bathrooms- including flooring, a vanity, a pedestal sink, creating a wider entrance door AND an entire kitchen remodel. The completed project is stunning with meticulous attention to detail. Directly from my mother: I have so many good and positive things to say about Buffalo Renovators! I will start with the team; and I did consider myself a part of the team since I was home during the days throughout the construction! Gabe, Aaron, David and John are all accomplished craftsmen with a variety of skills. They are hard workers in their own right and they also work so well together. The entire crew takes pride in their work and their finished product shows that. The team had a printed outline of work to be accomplished from day one. They updated this plan daily, so we always knew where we were in the process of the construction. The plan was so helpful, and it was very impressive how the crew always remained on schedule. The job site was left clean daily, and the house was always made to be as functional as possible. The team went out of their way to make sure I was able to live in the space comfortably each evening. For Thanksgiving, my team put in the extra time and effort to temporarily move equipment and supplies out of the way so I could host my family safely for the holiday. They are all so considerate and kind. My team had quite the project here! The kitchen turned from a dark and outdated space to a bright and welcoming place for family to gather. The flooring allows me to navigate safely and comfortably in my home and the updates to the doorways and bathrooms help to make my home a functional and beautiful place fit for all mobility needs. My wife and I had been talking about renovating our kitchen for probably 20 years. When we finally decided to take the plunge, we initially fretted over finding the right people to take on this job and achieve our dream of a new living space. Prayers answered and dream fulfilled !!!! Gabe, Aaron, Dave, John and all the plumbers, electricians, counter people, and even demo guys were AMAZING !!!! They were professional, hard working, meticulous in their work, and super easy to deal with ! When you are getting a job like ours done ( that has been about 3 months now) you can't help but getting to know the guys that are at your house 5 days a week for 8+ hours sometimes. These guys became like part of our family! They let the dog out when I wasn't around, brought in mail or packages that were delivered, went to pick up appliances for us at local stores, and constantly went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect for us and how we wanted things ! In the beginning, you can't wait to get the job done, get rid of all the dust, and get the guys out of your house. The first two parts of that are true, but the completion of our project is actually kinda bittersweet. I got used to these guys being here and since I was off after having surgery, I saw them everyday. The conversations and the witty banter will be missed - but not Gabe's singing ... lol If you need a kitchen, or bath, or any home renovation done, PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR and don't waste your time calling around. We are thrilled with the completed project by Buffalo Renovators. Gabe and Aaron and their team are meticulous, thoughtful, and efficient. Other companies told us that we would be put on a year to two year waiting list and it would take the better part of a year to complete. We signed a contract with BR in September, the project began in mid-January, and finished in April. Gabe and Aaron have a wonderful team that listen and are trustworthy. It meant so much to us that they treated our major home improvement project like it was a project on one of their houses. We moved out of the house at the beginning of the project, and they worked around us without complaint when we moved back in. The BR team cleaned up the work site daily, worked with us to find solutions to issues that came up, and stayed on their very detailed schedule. The finished project looks incredible. Very professional. Besides having great amounts of talent with the primary task at hand - power tools, materials, etc. Aaron and Gabe are also, among other things, punctual, organized, clean, experienced. The bathroom remodel we did was pretty extensive, with floorplan and plumbing changes. Everything that we wanted to do was possible. We didn't get any resistance or have to deal with excuses. They engaged in conversation with our 7 year old daughter, always in an age appropriate way, they were kind and respectful to our pets, always took off their boots and/or used runners. Besides all that, I know that we're not the easiest people in the world to work for, or specifically, I'm not. I'm the very interested, very curious type. I know just enough to be a gigantic pain in the neck at times. But I was never made to feel that way. We couldn't be happier with the end result of our remodel, but also of importance, the process. Perhaps the only thing we would change is the time it takes for your project to come around their next. Excellent overall and highly recommended.

We hired Buffalo Renovators to remodel our 1700 sqft unfinished basement in the summer of 2023. We are still in awe of how good of a job they did and the expert level of craftsmanship. I kid you not, our kids missed seeing Aaron and Gabe everyday, they were always so nice and kept the kids entertained when to and fro in and out of the house. All of their workers and associates, from drywall, plumbing, to electrical, were also a pleasure to work with and have in our house. All were extremely professional and courteous, as well as non-smokers which was a huge plus with our kids. They cleaned up continually and organized their tools during each work day so even our kids could go down and check out the remodel each night throughout the process safely. There are so many subtleties they provided which really made the renovation process that much easier to live through. Gabe and Aaron worked with us on a number of last minute type changes and additions and always found ways to make them work. They took extra steps to secure objects they knew could be problematic with little kids and even helped mount my home theater screen and projector. Even when my son spilled a fish tank on the main floor above the newly mudded drywall, they immediately took care of it and never once complained. I highly recommend them!

Highly recommended! Buffalo Renovators (Gabe and Aaron) did a complete remodel of our kitchen in the spring of 2023. Their work was meticulous, they are remarkably talented and very nice guys. Other reviews have mentioned how clean they are and they are right. Not the biggest thing, but it's just another example of how professional they are. I looked hard at all their work and couldn't find one thing wrong - not one drip or misplaced nail - nothing. On top of it all they are so pleasant that we really didn't mind seeing them in our kitchen every morning for a month. We will use them again if and when we need more remodeling.

Aaron and Gabe just completed a full bathroom remodel for us after we had a leak behind the wall. Our bathroom was over 80 years old and the demo alone was a huge undertaking. They worked all day, five days a week, and finished the project on time. They made the project feel easy, from beginning to end. Our finished main bath is exactly how I pictured it- BEAUTIFUL! They had a fair quote that was similar to the other quotes we got. Along with the quote came a full explanation of what the project would include and a breakdown of the costs. In the end, the costs turned out exactly what they originally quoted. They take great care in your home and were not only very clean (cleaned every single day before they left), but they really went the extra mile to protect our floors and stairs from the bathroom to the front door. They were careful, clean, and paid attention to all of the details. Our project was extensive and included a full demo, new floors, drywall, tub, medicine cabinet, new lights, fan, tile- you name it, we got it. Aaron and Gabe discussed what we wanted in detail, not only at the beginning, but throughout the process. I made a few changes in the middle of the work (not recommended, of course), but they were very patient with us. They recommended products that we didn't know existed, two of which turned out to be my favorite things. If Aaron and Gabe don't do it, they can recommend someone who can. Initially, we had our own plumber and had a major issue with horrendous work. Aaron and Gabe recommended a plumber who turned out to be amazing. Our electrician quoted a very high price, but Aaron and Gabe were able to recommend an electrician for a fair price. The wall finisher (not sure of the exact title) was incredible. He really does very beautiful work! Lastly, Aaron and Gabe are just very nice guys. They communicate extremely well, are caring and kind, are hard workers, and are extremely trustworthy. We look forward to working with them on our next project!

I was so impressed by their professionalism, attention to detail, reliability, the list goes on. The day we first met them and started talking about the job, I knew they were the ones. There is a huge difference between someone coming in who takes a look around and says yeah, we can do this without talking through anything, and someone who comes in and spends over an hour taking a look at everything asking a lot of questions and making an effort to start a relationship. They showed up on time, worked a full day and often longer, and kept us apprised of things every step of the way. I have a friend who started her renovation the same time I did. her experience has been a nightmare. I can't say enough about what a good experience we had, and how beautiful our kitchen looks.
