We recently hired Birch Masters Home Remodeling & Repair to remodle our kitchen. Jake Capri and his team did an absolutely amazing job transforming our space into our dream kitchen. The custom cabinetry work is impressive and our flooring was installed with precision and care. From the beginning custom sketches to project completion, BMHRR was accomodating and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend them for anyone with a home remodeling project in mind.

Madison was full of joy every time she came over. David and Natalie did amazingly with the tear out and installation of the new showers. The dust accumulation was overwhelmingly; as I have allergy and asthma conditions. Jake the Project Mgr didn't communicate with me on the completion date; the cleaning would've been put off until Monday. Kept referencing the contract.

SO glad we went with this company! We were getting quotes for our kitchen remodel and layout reconfiguration from multiple companies for a few months, and were honestly starting to get overwhelmed and confused with the whole process. Then we found Birch Masters, who really stood out right away. Their customer service is AMAZING and their design process was so easy they quickly became the obvious choice for us. They were middle of the road for pricing, and were worth every penny! They didnt charge us extra for design fees which was a huge bonus because we really didnt know where to start besides having our inspo photos, and they were willing to work with our budget changes along the way. They were transparent with pricing and timelines, and even finished ahead of the schedule they gave us which was a pleasant surprise! Throughout the whole remodel they were very communicative, clearly explained every part of the process, made sure to keep us updated when issues were uncovered and quickly remediated them. They never pushed unnecessary scope on us and always equipped us with their professional recommendations. We were very impressed with their project mapping which was extremely efficient, we didnt have to wait days or weeks in between different stages of the renovation and they truly handled everything from A to Z like they advertise. We especially appreciated their strong warranty (3-5 years on all work) which gave us complete peace of mind for our investment, none of the other companies offered anything comparable. You can tell theyre really passionate about the client experience. We highly recommend them to anyone in the Tampa Bay or Wesley Chapel area who want a company that is reasonably priced, efficient, SKILLED, and gives the client a totally hands-off experience so they can just sit back and watch their vision materialize. We were so satisfied with our new custom coastal kitchen and open concept floor plan that weve already booked them later this year to come back and do all 3 of our bathrooms! My kitchen remodel turned out absolutely stunning! From start to finish, the entire Birch Masters team has been so incredibly professional, patient and truly dedicated to perfection.
