I contacted Lonnie in March to drywall my house. He requested pictures and gave me a quote and told me it would be 6 weeks before he would be able to start. 6 weeks came and went and Lonnie stopped responding to my texts and calls. After about a month after the 6 weeks, he texted me and came to my house to look and told me how much drywall to purchase and he would be there to start in three weeks. Well, 3 weeks have come and gone and Lonnie has again stopped responding to me. Lonnie has made this house remodel so frustrating. I understand remodels are more work than a new build, but when you commit to someone, you should follow through. He has horrible communication practices and I would not recommend hiring BigDog drywall unless you are doing an expensive new build, then they MIGHT show up.
