My experience with Better Ways LLC was excellent. Had a pipe blow up and lots of drywall damage. The team was able to quickly get the work scheduled and completed promptly. They had to walk all the way down my drive (very long) because the snow makes it impossible to navigate without a robust 4-wheel drive. They did so without complaint and in spite of the ice hazard. Brad was responsive, insightful, and very focused on customer service. At the end of the job, we did a walkthrough, he addressed my questions and concerns patiently, and made sure that I was a happy camper at the end. I have definitely added his number to my contact list and will include them to any job I may need to bid out going forward.

We are very happy that we discovered Bradley and Better Ways Home Services. He made our back patio look better than ever. He was very thorough and did a great job recommending and explaining the products he used to seal and paint our concrete patio. My husband dropped some wine on the patio a few days after it was painted and rubbed a hole in the paint trying to clean it up. He contacted Bradley and within days Bradley fixed the spot and added another coat. Bradley stands by his word and backs up his work. We love the way our patio looks now. An added bonus with this company is that Bradley is super nice and is very knowledgeable about all things home repair. We will definitely be contacting him in the future for other household improvements.

Bradley did some beautiful tile work, diagnosed a baffling electrical problem, solved a plumbing problem, and repaired a range hood and screen door. He was thorough in solving the problems and fixing issues. He communicated what to expect the work to entail, and when he could do the work. He kept me informed and changed his schedule to accommodate mine. He did not take short cuts nor did he take the expensive route to the work. Instead, he started investigating the more reasonably priced approach. Bradley has many construction and repair skills and is a pleasure to work with. Super-Happy Repeat Client Brads a Rare Bird Better Ways is for real highly recommend!! I first worked with Brad on a 2022 project to redo the downstairs of my 1928 bungalow into a living space for a family member. His creative design ideas and all-around skills made problem-solvinginevitable in an old houseeasy, with great-looking results. I also appreciated his efforts to keep costs reasonable in those difficult times. Im happily in the process of working with him on another project! This one is much bigger (and grew as we got into it), calling for even more creative solutions and flexibility. Brad and team have delivered! Im super-confident in their work and so happy with the results. Brad's experience as a home inspector means he knows how to do things right and in ways that will hold up.
