We needed a new handrail installed in our stairwell and a new door opener piston installed in our screen door of the pool birdcage. We hired Best of Tampa Bay Handyman Services to handle the project. Now we know why the name Best of Tampa Bay. They live up to their name! They are a highly reputable handyman company in business for over 30 years. When I researched them online, I found they had an average rating of 5 Stars from a pool of 240 review posts! The office intakes calls with a real person answering the phone 24/7! Regarding our two jobs, Becky, their office customer service representative took my call and accommodated our request by scheduling the work to be done the very next day. She was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and so willing to help. She answered all of my questions fully. She said that Robert was assigned as our technician for the two installs. Robert arrived on time to get to work. He studied both sites then told us how he will proceed giving detail as to the steps involved. Robert undertook the job methodically and with care. When he completed the installation of the handrail, we saw and acknowledged how clean and professional his handling of the project was. His experience and quality craftsmanship came through. After this, he moved on to the second project to install the screen door opener piston. It didnt take long for Robert to remove the original piston and then install the parts to the new piston opener. The newly installed opener worked smoothly. Both projects took only 1 hour and 55 minutes. The price for both projects was quite reasonable. Robert our technician knew his profession and applied his skills effectively to yield both practical and aesthetic results. My wife and I are very appreciative of Roberts quality work and happy with the job results. Going forward, we will rely on Best of Tamp Bay Handyman Services ,generally, and Robert, specifically, for all our handyman project needs. Based upon our experience, we would highly recommend Best of Tampa Bay Handyman Services and Robert for handyman projects anytime!
