They got my painting done earlier than expected (due to another job on hold). Painting crew was very detailed oriented. The few spots that I did find needed touched up. They fixed right away. Very glad we called Best Impression Painting.

We recently brought Best Impression in for the painting of two bedrooms and a hallway. The project turned out extremely well and looks great! Jordyn was excellent to work with, very professional, knowledgeable, personable, and customer focused. His crew was very thoughtful and thorough in wall preparation including repair of nail pops and adding patches where needed, with a seamless result. He personally returned after the job was completed and reviewed the entire job with us, an added level of customer service. Kyle, the owner, started the process by reviewing and documenting the scope of the project in detail. He was very professional, personable, and insightful, sharing his thoughts and recommendations, clarifying exactly what his team would do from start to finish. He did not give us a sales pitch of any kind but was rather very informative about their end-to-end process and company background without wasting any time, which we greatly appreciated. We had quoted three different companies, and all were competitive in pricing. Although Best Impression was not the lowest price, the difference was minor, and they were selected based on Kyle's overall approach. We are extremely satisfied with Best Impression Painting and highly recommend them for any painting projects you may have, inside and outside. We will use them again!

If you want attention to detail, consistent communication and a fair price, this is the company for you. I had the exterior of our house painted this April, 2026. I was very nervous about choosing the wrong color on such a big project. Jordyn was so patient and understanding every step of the way. He sent out a color specialist, Maria, to help. Came and painted large swatches of the colors I chose, on the house. The crew were amazing, with Israel on top of everything. They worked hard over a weekend I was gone, to surprise me upon my return. What a great company to work with. Thankful for them all.

Jordyn and his team did an excellent job with our project, listened to all of the things we wanted and made sure everything was done well. Everything was very professional, they took care of our home and remained in contact with us. Ben took care of our carpentry work and took care to make sure it was done well. We are thrilled with the results of our living room and will definitely have them out again.

Our salesman, Jordyn was amazing. He took the time and energy to focus on what was important to me as a homeowner. Nice staff and had someone that spoke English, so all questions were able to be answered, when Jordyn couldn't be there. His brother Ben is a carpenter, as well, so we were able to get more than one project completed right away. Highly recommend. A+++ work!!!

We recently had the exterior of our home painted in Powell, OH and the process was seamless! I happened to notice these young men placing Christmas lights on our neighbors house and stopped to get a card! Jordyn, the site supervisor, was the man who gave me the card of the owner and his boss! Kyle was easy to reach, quick to come out and give us an estimate and happy to put us on the first spring painting (so much so that they were ready to go and our roofers hadnt been to the house yet)! Coordinating both esp during a two week vacation on the high seas proved to be interesting but Best Impression was very flexible to wait out the roof replacement! They even helped with color choices, paint sampling for us to assure the colors we had approved were going to look great! Jordyn was assigned to us and was incredibly professional, communicative, diligent and had great attention to detail down to the last drip! The team looked ahead at the weather and were all here on Saturday and Sunday with our approval to complete the job in a timely and weather permitting manner! Oh and the zillion questions both Kyle and Jordyn answered by text was amazing! Never did they leave me hanging, not understanding or questioning! We feel blessed to have had this experience with Best Impression Painting! We HIGHLY recommend this company!

Best Impressions was very professional and punctual. We used them to have our exterior house painted. The painters did a great job taping everything off and a great job painting. Jordyn was my point of contact- He did a great job keeping me informed every step of the way. Even after the job was completed, he came out and did a final walk through with me to insure the final product was up to my standards- and theirs. We are very happy with the work- I would definitely recommend them and use their company next time we need painting done!
