We contracted Baklinski Home Improvement to repair and remodel the shower room that had failed shower pan and leaked to the living room underneath. Prior to contacting them, I had called a few contractors that either way overpriced or had a hard time communicating. Andrew was very pleasant to talk to and we were able to negotiate a price I felt was reasonable. The proposal was detailed and I understand what the scope of the work will be. People that worked on the project were knowledgeable. They explained what they are doing and answer my questions and concerns. The project in the end concluded to my satisfaction. Overall I do recommend their service.

Baklinksi came out quickly to take a look and provide a quote then returned to replace it as soon as a new column was available. We had a tricky window installation project, and Andrew's team of Anatoly and George did a fantastic job - they were highly competent, professional, methodical, friendly and pleasant to have around. We've had consistently good experiences with Andrew's staff for 4 projects now - highly recommended. I will offer one small caveat, which is that at times the company's communications with us about project coordination left a little bit to be desired. They are busy and sometimes seem to be distracted. A very small price to pay for consistently excellent work and a great attitude by the whole organization.

We had several projects that Baklinski is helping us with. I highly recommend this company. I especially commend Josiah (Project Manager), Griffin (Lead Hand) and his team, and Alex (Lead Carpenter). Josiah is easy to work with. I especially appreciate his communication, and that any request by us resulted in positive action on his part. Griffin and his team remodeled our deck, which had been torn down by a felled tree during last years windstorm. It was a difficult job in that it had been a large 2-story deck, the stairs of which had been torn down by the tree. Instead of having the deck re-built as it had been, we chose to have it separated into an upper and a lower one. The result is just what we had been looking for! Our laundry room was destroyed by water from a backed up sewer line. A prior contractor started work on it and made it worse, then left. We reached out to Baklinski for help. Alex worked on that restoration, leveled the floor, installed LVPs and painted the room. The cabinet was another story; a new one needed to be installed and needed to be fit with a large utility sink that was in a prior cabinet. Alex did a phenomenal job with the entire room, and the cabinet looks so good - I am attaching a photo. We hired Baklinski for some additional work and are confident in their skills and workmanship.

Jeremy came right on time and listened carefully to our requests. He nailed down our fence, put in a new doorknob, fixed the baseboards, did caulking, and put in the microwave trim kit. He didnt need me for questions during his work. The trim kit was installed beautifully and he didnt get dust anywhere while he worked. Were very satisfied and happy.

Andrew and his team are great to work with! I came to them with a laundry list of small things that needed to be fixed. From a ceiling leak to loose tiles that needed to be regrouted, they were able to take care of it all. I really appreciated how they taped off the areas that needed work to keep the mess contained and made sure to leave things tidy at the end of the day. Everyone is very friendly and communicative. Shout out to Griffin and Alex for their knowledge and being masters of drywall repair.

Completely ghosted us after coming by to inspect the work we need done, they had they subcontractors out to also inspect in order to provide an estimate. Despite our leaving multiple messages with the owner, we never received a response again or an estimate. Absolutely unprofessional, unreliable and will never, ever contact them again. Not even the courtesy to tell us that they could not take on the work due to it being too big or too small a project.
