I called to have some work done here at home yesterday, and I was told someone named Dor would come from 4-6pm and no one showed up. I called again at 6 pm, and the guy that answered the phone said he would get in touch with the handyman and call me back, but he never did. Very unprofessional. It's not nice to leave a new customer waiting. If he couldn't come, at least have the common courtesy of letting me know instead of leaving me waiting.

I called and booked an appointment for Sunday between 1-3pm which was easy to book, however come Sunday I call them around 12pm to confirm which they do and say the tech will call/text when he is on the way. Fast forward to 2:30pm and still nothing, I call again and ask for an ETA and he said he will reach out to the tech and call me right back. Now it's past 3pm and never got a call, and when I call their number I get a busy signal. Extremely unprofessional as I blocked out my afternoon for this appointment, this company is clearly not respectful of their customer's time. Now I have to spend more time calling around for another handyman company as this one wasted my time. If you are looking for a reliable handyman, I suggest you look elsewhere.

I recently had a couple of things done by B. Y. Handyman Sunnyvale , and I LOVED what he did! He repaired my walls damaged by remodeling and wall mounted TV. B. Y. Handyman Sunnyvale was amazing! On time and very professional. I would ask him again for another job when I need him!! 🙂
