Alert, this contractor! No Responsibilty their work! First, it took me a long time to done. Their job is not good either. My basement bathroom is not working properly so I cant use it due to water-pump. Leaking from underneath roof of deck, waiting over a six month to fix. Asked to fix the water pump, no response. Maybe this contractor was good service in the begining. But not anymore, I have to fix the Bathroom sump pump costs $1200. (I asked to fix it - answered me"Don't use toilet paper") and I have to fix the roof under the deck. (I asked it for a long time) I have to pay more to fix it! How this contractor is good!! Not Anymore!!

The team was incredibly thorough and Miguel addressed all of the concerns that we had throughout the process. Miguel and his team replaced our old rotting pool house deck with Trex and did a wonderful job. They were thorough, quick, and communication was good. Miguel was flexible with our design changes along the way, and we will definitely work with them again!

Miguel and his team did a fantastic job turning my basement half bath into a full bath and replacing my tub/shower in my main bathroom. Although the project took longer than originally anticipated the work was great. They also did a great job cleaning up and working in my home while I also had to work in and out of the house. Pricing was very fair for the work they did and they allowed me to upgrade materials/components needed without issue.

Miguel and his professional team did excellent work for us on multiple projects. They beautifully renovated our guest bathroom highlighting their skillful design and tilework. This included a combination of very large tiles to small decorative tiles, all with fantastic attention to straight lines, flush corners, and great layout. Miguel also rebuilt a custom shower pan retiling the pan, adjacent wall, and floor, correcting the poor work (and a water leak) resulting from another contractor. If you have worked with many contractors, you know that this is the type of job that most quality contractors will not even accept. Finally, Miguel sourced and installed a classy front door upgrade for us. He even helped to correct our water drainage issues by improving our sump system water pipe routing and creating an overflow system. We have been very happy working with A&Z and will very likely call upon them for future projects. I recommend Miguel for his creativity in efficiently designing bathroom renovations, the quality of his tiling workmanship, his team management and their professionalism, his willingness and success in taking on challenging projects, and his integrity on managing costs and delivering quality work. My wife and I thank Miguel and his team very much for the wonderful improvements to our home!

A&Z replaced my front steps today. Very professional crew. They cleaned up everything when they were done. The new steps look fantastic and they are much more solid then the old steps. They added an additional stringer to make them firm. The guys were only here a few hours. Everything is all buttoned up and they even wiped everything down when they were done, even my neighbor's steps. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for high quality, professional work.
